The glasses they sold me are of very low quality and have fallen apart 2 times so far, the metal arms of the glasses turn green like fake gold and the metal is very low quality as well. Their lenses scratch easily, I've never had a pair of glasses scratch this easily.

I only give 2 bc it's not the staffs fault. So they get 2 stars bc the staff is great..
Cesar is awesome.. but the Dr speaks with attitude and rude but idk if its his natural annoying voice so idk if i could hold that against him.. he also can't keep his eyes locked in your eyes if your a woman. My eyes are up here. Stop staring down at my breasts in more than 2 occasions, with my kids around as well!!! That should be it. I could go on but I feel that ONE the red flag is enough.. all new staff outta nowhere too says alot about a Dr. Same all female staff for many many many years. Then everybody's gone.. Hmmmm you can get vision from elsewhere for the same price and more respect.

I want to say this is NOT Mission Optometry anymore!! Mission Optometry and its accounts was bought out by this corporate office, so if you are expecting the same service you’ve received for years, not going to happen!
A lot has changed since Dr.Joyce is no longer here. I really miss the old customer service staff up front. The new staff is rude and extremely unhelpful.
Here is a perfect example. When getting an eye exam that they are PAID to do by your insurance, TOTAL VISION does not measure your pupillary distance unless you want to buy their $300 eyeglasses from them. Usually, you can to Costco and they obviously measure your PD like a decent optometry office would, and provide it with your prescription. This dumb , greedy company likes to charge you an additional $15 fee to measure your PD that they are already being paid to measure by your insurance!
Now, the eye doctor I saw was unfriendly and blatantly assumed after 15 years of contact use that I sleep with them in and that’s why I have dry eyes? Just assuming something of me and making an assumption instead of helping point me in the direction of e the drops to help (btw another optometrist i saw recommends BLINK drops for contacts).
He was not personable, didn’t greet me, sat awkwardly in the exam room not interacting.
Just save yourself the hassle and don’t go here.

I read the reviews but decided to still give it a try. I should have just listened. We knew something was off with the prescription. Glad we didn't get glases from them and went for second opinion. They're all about money.

Please learn from my mistake!! Don’t waste your money here. Rude!! Been in customer service my whole life. No body deserves this treatment. And they burn Carmel wax in there office it’s sickening

So sad, this used to be a great place for local eye care. Customer care and professionalism has gone down hill for the past two years. Last straw, they no longer accept VSP insurance. No big deal as we done with this establishment anyways.
