Always excellent customer service since I have come to this location in Lower Manhattan, NYC! Staff very courteous, polite and friendly. Ladies are always willing to help and accommodate me plus they call you when your pair of glasses is ready. I am a satisfied customer and have been for over 9+ years! ❤️🫶🏿🙏🏿 thanks just wish they had a location near my house in East Harlem.

Worst service ever! I came in for my appointment I had to wait because they were discussing someone else’s business and their insurance (apparently HIPAA does not mean anything to them) I actually recorded them discussing another pts business I get called to the back the doctor was wonderful sad he got the staff he got. Anyway i had my appointment a month ago and never got a call to get my glasses. I called in and was told that they were waiting for my insurance to send them the lens which was weird but ok not a problem. I happened to call again now it make 5 weeks and they tell me I can come and pick my glasses up. I was never called to come in and get them so if I didn’t call I would’ve still been waiting. I been coming here for years and never had this problem. This place made a turn for the worse this will be my last time coming here. 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend

I had good experiences until the last two days. Yesterday, I got there two minutes after closing to pick up contacts. I understand why they didn't let me in, but I wish they had allowed me to explain what I was there for because they could have passed it through the door. But whatever, annoying but not wrong. Today, though, I was there 20 minutes before closing and they were closed. Would not open the door or answer the phone. When someone came close to the door and I begged them to please just give me my contacts, she turned the light off. The other worker went and hid in the back. I need my contacts today and they're not open until Monday. Again, fair for them to not open the door when I was late, but today I was early and they still wouldn't help.

UPDATE: It's worse now. In August, I put in an order for contacts. After a month, I assumed they had dialed my number wrong as they had once before and went in to pick them up. The order was never placed. The woman who I placed the order with insisted I never placed the order at all, which was straight up gaslighting because she wouldn't admit that she simply forgot to place the order. When I asked her to put it in then, she said my insurance was no longer in my insurance company's system. I checked with my company's HR and with the insurance company; this was not correct. After multiple calls where she insisted I didn't have insurance, I emailed asking for my prescription, which was texted to me. I went to another company, who found my insurance immediately with no issues.

Now I'm emailing for my glasses prescription, and I'm getting zero response. I've emailed daily for nearly a week. The doctors are great, but I'm frankly in awe at how bad the support staff has become.

Loved! Scheduled an appointment for my lunch break and the doctor was attentive, but also quick.

And special kudos to the woman behind the front desk - we tried on about 12 pairs of glasses to determine the best ones for my eyes, and I am very happy with what we selected!

I’ve been coming here since I was about 10. I’m now 24 & I’ve never had an issue until recently, it took about a month and some change for my prescription/frame to arrive, I was called about a week ago and was told to come see a new arrangement of frames that my insurance could cover (also the option of changing out my frames if I liked any of the new ones shown) I followed up, changed my frame and patiently waited for an update. I was called in Saturday afternoon to pick up my prescription, I went in Monday (today). The glasses provided to me were the first ones that I thought I had switched out due to them taking over a month and me being called in to see other frames and changing them out for these clear frames I liked more . Not to mention, ofc the female taking care of me decided to write down the frames SHE thought suited me rather than the ones I picked. I feel like my prescription was also messed with being that me and the young lady have a past common history so yeah, that sucks and super unprofessional. I came here to update my eye site and get new glasses and I walked out instead feeling disappointed, unsatisfied and as if I need to get my eyes reexamined due to a personal agenda!

Provider rushes you through the exam, he lacks interpersonal skills. He has no patience for children, especially children with additional needs. I was grossly over charged for my lenses (I provided my own frame) and have contacted my employers vision benefit administrator for partial reimbursement. I hope when we pick up our glasses the prescription is correct. My family and I have been happy patients of eyetoeye for 20+ years, we ONLY went to triangle optical because my grandsons glasses broke and it's closer to home, so we dont have to go far to pick up the new pair. NEVER AGAIN! The convenience, turned out to be an inconvenience. Not worth it!
