They have refused to return my call after 2 weeks calling and I'm out of my medication in severe pain, when I finally got in touch with Dr Trivada she couldn't answer why no one called me back or refilled my medicine just ignored the question, no one even read the results from my blood test or let me know they were back from the lab. Very unprofessional doctor and staff.

She has been my doctor for way over 15 years,she very caring, always listens to what I have to say ,answer my questions, she stays on top of my health(better than I do) I couldn't ask for more caring doctor. She always returns calls,if u have questions or concerns,her staff is great nice, polite.grateful. I also think these people that criticize,don't know her well,stop writing bad reviews. You seem to not only talk about doctor, you ad staff,lobby so I think you should get a life ,go pray .God don't like ugly..

I've been a patient of Dr. Trivedi for a few years and am very pleased with the care that I receive. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I understand the service that I get. Michelle is an awesome nurse. She takes my blood and I never feel a thing. She's passionate about her patients as well as Dr. Trivedi.

I wish we could charge doctors for missing appts like they charge us. I waited an hour before I saw her and she didn't apologize or make any excuses what so ever. I told her I didn't respond well to a certain type of medication and yet that's all she pushed. I won't ever go back to her. I didn't feel like she cared at all about the issues I had. Just another $$$ in and out.... her front office wouldn't even book my follow up appointment, just told me to call the office later. Ridiculous. These people definitely couldn't care less about you.

The whole practice (both offices) are extremely lacking in communication skills. They had a HUGE sign on their Locust Grove office that they do covid testing. I'd never been there before, but my primary care doctor wasn't doing covid tests. Went here because it's close to home. Got to the door & there's a sign to call before entering with their number. I called & had to set an appointment for the test, but it was same-day, so I was happy with that. Was instructed to drive up in front of the door & call that same number at my appointment time. Went home & received a call from one of their doctors or NPs who asked further questions & reiterated to drive up to the front door and call at the time of my appointment. So... at the time of my appointment, I drove up to the front door & called... only to be told to drive around back next to the air conditioner units & they'd be with me shortly. Drove around to the back and waited. 18 minutes later, I called again because it's too hot to be sitting out in the direct sunlight waiting... only to be told that my appointment was for the McDonough location. I was furious! First, I didn't even know they had another location. Second, nobody EVER mentioned McDonough in any of our previous conversations. Third, WHY would I go to McDonough, when I live in Locust Grove? They told me I could go ahead & drive to McDonough, or stay where I was and they'd be out to help me in a bit... my file has to be sent to them. The nurse came out, did my test, and said I'd get a call in 24 hours with the results. This was just after 2pm. When I hadn't gotten a calm by 4:30pm the next day, I called. They didn't have the results yet & wouldn't until after 5pm, because that's 24 hours after the tests had been picked up the day before. REALLY? If I'm not going to get a call until after 5pm the next day, then say so!! Don't tell me "24 hours" if that's a lie and you know it. Still didn't get the results until the next morning, because the lab didn't get them back to them until after 11pm.

Just really bad communication and misinformation all around!!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Triveda for over 6 1/2 years (locust Grove clinic). The staff is amazing they go above and beyond the call of duty. Don't get me wrong everyone have good and bad days but the staff will try and correct all problems. They are the best. Thank you for serving your community.

Horrible doctor! I was desperately trying to loose weight. She prescribed me phentermine. I took the medication and some weight did come off. Unaware that I shouldn’t take this medicine past 3 months, she continued to refill it for 8 months. I began to have chest pains, I called the on call number several times. Dr. Trivedi never responded. She does not care about your health. Her only concern is getting paid. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR. AMD HER STAFF OS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have switched doctors and I am so pleased with my new Dr. Candice Lewis in Locust Grove. She took me off of several medications that Dr. Trivedi had me on. I love my mew Dr. I am actually looking into filing a lawsuit for putting me on medication that I did not need.
Then she told me to double the dosage on metformin when I didn’t need to. Thank god I didn’t do it. This doctor is horrible. BEWARE!

There's no follow up, I've been waiting 2 days for my prescription to be called in and now it's Friday. I can't reach anyone on the phone. I'm definitely looking for another physician for my husband and I. If anyone can refer a good family doctor in the McDonough area I'm open for suggestions.
