My experience with True Care Medical Equipment in Farmington Missouri is they operate a very dishonest billing program. We will never use the again and you shouldn't either. They should be investigate by Medicare, they continually kept billing their services long after you request the service be discontinued!

The business was AMAZING and VERY helpful when I received my CPAP, but since then I've run into issues. I've left 3 messages for someone to please help me because my mask isn't fitting properly at night and I'm not able to use it. I only need to use it 4 hours a night for insurance to pay which I've been able to do. Maybe that's why they aren't calling me back because I'm meeting my requirements for them to get paid 🤔. VERY unhappy with this company. The salesman I am dealing with is Roy, he's a nightmare. He left it up to me to pick my own mask knowing I have ZERO knowledge about the masks. He didn't ask any questions before fitting me with my second wrong mask. I'm going to make some calls and change suppliers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and Roy, who should be FIRED!

Tony at true care serviced my equipment today and he was very friendly and extremely helpful with everything I needed done. I have been with true care for years now and everyone is very friendly and helpful and they will work with you on any issues you may have. The staff is very friendly and professional and if you get Roy or Tony they are extremely Kind and go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met.

Absolutely a horrible company. Stay as far away as possible. I recently switched Med suppliers from American Home Patient= disaster company, to True Care in Farmington and they are just as bad. I waited 6 months or longer for them to call and transfer my medical records so I could get new supplies and always a different excuse. Finally get my records, then their traveling medical guy named Roy, that is not willing to work with you if he has to go out of his way or possibly work little overtime. He is my main problem with this company. He continues to promise me calls back to set up new meeting times, but never calls back. He always suggests to come to Farmington office, but I live an hour away and can’t make in time before office closes.

I finally reach a lady named Linda in office and she apologizes to me and says we’re gonna get this figured out. She asks me what supplies I need, and when I tell her she says we don’t carry those models for Cpap supplies. So she recommended another similar headgear and mask style so at this point I’m desperate so I accepted, it’s been 6+ months with old dirty equipment. I received it in mail, open and completely wrong stuff. She didn’t listen at all.

I call back and inform them of mistake, and another apology. Roy gets back on phone and says I will see if the owner will change his mind and stock the P-30 mask that I need and will call you back ASAP. I’m now 3 weeks waiting for his call. They need to FIRE Roy!!! I’m going to find different supplier again and hopefully they care about business and customers because I couldn’t even get started with this waste of time company. Save yourself the agony and don’t even give them a chance.

This is my first ever review I’ve ever done. I don’t like negativity for anyone, but felt that if I can help someone not go through what I have with medical issues already, not to try True Care because of their incompetence.

Ordered a Hospital bed to use after surgery, the delivery and technician were timely and professional, However the product was sub-par. The first mattress delivered was paper thin and created a Hammock like experience causing the patient to rest on the springs. After requesting a second mattress it arrived two days later, much better quality mattress, but it had been well used and permeated the room and first floor with the odor of stale cigarettes. After informing the Farmington office of the second problem I was assured I was wrong and that there products were new. We requested it picked up and removed and chose another company. Upon pickup the Technician inspected the product, determined it was rank and immediately removed it with his apologizes. I would not recommend utilizing this company/branch unless you can pre-inspect all products you are paying for and then I would be cautious.

I was diagnosed recently as having severe sleep apnea following a sleep study prescribed by my physician. A short time after the diagnosis, I was contacted by a True Care employee and scheduled an appointment. They did all the work with my insurance company, and provided me with a state-of-the-art CPAP that addressed my personal needs perfectly. They took time to explain everything about the equipment and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They will even continue monitoring the results of my usage and assist me if there are any difficulties along the way. These folks are very professional yet personable and I would highly recommend them.

I needed a CPAP and was referred to True Care. It has been nothing but one headache after another. I was told by Kelly I would be monitored and if my titration needed to be adjusted they would call the doctor...NO THEY DIDN'T!!! I was told she would call me and make sure I had enough supplies...NO THEY DIDN'T!!! Now we find out Kelly quit or was fired or whatever the reason and they have over 500 customers and they don't have time to call each patient. The lady today said they got a new computer system so she can't find when I was even given any supplies. Now because they failed to have proper paperwork filled out I have to go to my doctor so he can fill out a form saying I'm using my CPAP...which all they have to do is check the machine via the Bluetooth and they will find that I am in fact using it!!! So it's been 6 months and they claim they have not been paid by my insurance...so I can not get any new hoses, head gear, nasal pillows etc until they get money!!! They continue to say the error is because of this Kelly leaving and their new computer system. They also said they are coming back to take my machine!!! So I do not recommend this place...they aren't even worthy of the one star.
