It’s rare to find a dispensary that takes the time to build such a strong rapport with their customers, and it’s clear that they truly care about their patients.

The staff is extremely hardworking and always provides exceptional customer service. No matter how busy they are, they make sure to answer any questions I have and take the time to explain things thoroughly, which is so appreciated. As a patient, I always feel seen and heard, and they ensure that I’m getting the right products for my needs.

Purchased an 1/8th left the destination open my container all to find it's not sealed. Not only that was missing my entire 1/8th it was short. Then instead of assisting me right away in having to wait. First off I did a pick up you guys should be checking these containers before giving it to paying patients.

As a caregiver, not patient, I can't understand how this location is allowed to abuse its customers. I've witnessed rudeness, condisention, and a tone of distain by staff towards patients. Only this location, and several times. I've seen some walkout.

They are busy but fast. Very organized and clean, really good sales on flower and edibles. Great customer service!!!!

Disrespectful staff. Doesn’t know the product. I asked the staff member what they recommend and they refused to give their input on any of the products offered. I’ve been to numerous shops in the area and have never had any issues with requesting information about what they are offering. Pretty disrespectful and insane to me…I will never be back at this shop again.

Worst Dispensary out of all. You check in get skipped 5 times show them a email that says it’s your turn and they just brush you off like they don’t care. Worst Dispensary I’ve ever been to in terms of waiting and professionalism of their staff. I will never go to another one
