Horrible....?If u have any serious health issues this is not the place for you....The pharmacy is totally 'Untrustworthy'...Have gone Days and Days without needed Medication..which can cause serious health risks...When you call they readily have some B.S. story why your medication was not delivered..Stay clear of this Pharmacy..All they are interested is in billing your Insurance company and provided Horrible service.....?

Last month I had a hard time finding a pharmacy that had my prescription. I ended up calling "Trust pharmacy" and the manager said that would only fill my prescription if I transfer all my prescription to his pharmacy and I said I didn't care I just need to get my medicine as needed. Mind you I felt confused because it was pretty much a threat. When I went to pick up my prescription he began to tell me that he loss money for getting me my prescription as if the medication was free. I had just gotten out of work so I really didn't want to deal with the unprofessional and dishonest comments he was making. I pay my part and my insurance pays the rest so of course he gets the money. I did leave there regretting transferring my prescription to this horrible place and it is a distance from my home. So this month I noticed I have not received a phone call letting me know to pick up my prescription so I called and he told me that he was not going to be able to continue filling my prescription. I told him why did you have me transfer my prescription to this Pharmacy if you was not going to be able to fill my prescription as needed. I asked him to give me a number so I can call and file a complaint and he told me that there is no such number. I informed him that he was very dishonest and that I would give a review.

Top quality service now I've had for the last 5 years and they never made a mistake on my prescription orders.. Excellent service immaculate storefront and wait room. Waiting time for a script is under 10 minutes. Highly intelligent Doctor of Pharmacology . I will go nowhere else.

Sadly as a T2 diabetic looking for Mounjaro, it entales calling many pharmacies. I was told at this location that yes, they could get my needed medication but the pharmacist won't fill that one medication for me unless I brought all my medications to this pharmacy. Putting profit over health doesn't sound like a pharmacy I can trust.

The pharmacy themselves are adequate as long as you are using them. If you have delivery and your doctor changes a prescription, make sure they did not deliver both medications for the same condition. If I was not here and my grandfather was alone, on more than one occasion, he would have taken both the old and new pill for the same condition because both were delivered simultaneously. However, they seemed nice enough and I was understanding of the oversight and continued to use them. On occasion, their hours were inconvenient for me. As a result I had to use my local Walgreens to fill a script. Saturday they close at 2pm, Sunday they are closed, and if Monday is a holiday that's 3 days without a medication in the event I did not get there prior to close on Saturday. After leaving the refill request with Walgreens and attempting to retrieve it; Walgreens informed me that the previous pharmacy claimed there were no refills available for said prescription, eventhough; the bottle specifically said 5 refills left. Three days later they delivered the script along with others I had specifically stated not to automatically refill in the past. I found this behavior to be an attempt at customer retention in the most improper way. This in combination with the language barrier with some employees after a certain time of day caused me to stop using their services all together.
