VERY VERY good customer service. Keith answered every question I had about each item. Their inventory is great as well, in stock and great brands and variety to choose from.
My sales person Keith definitely not gave superb customer service but he also went above and beyond in assisting me in my inquisitions.
Can't wait to check this place out again.
One last thing. These guys aren't overpriced. Their pricing is reasonable and then some.

I have transferred 7 firearms through TSG in the past 5 months. Never had an issue and the customer service professional behind the counter has always been pleasant. I buy lots of guns and like to spread my cash out to many gun shops and keep the money local. Mr. Sell runs a honest business and is polite. Just this week (spring break) I called TSG with a question about a Gun that I had delivered to his shop for transfer. Mr. Sell answered the phone and told me the shop had given its employees the day off to spend time with their families due to the spring break holiday. I apologized to Mr. Sell and told him I appreciated the fact that the shop was closed for family/ free time. Mr. Sell said no apologies were necessary and that he would answer any questions I had if he was able since he was away from the office. I had my question answered and was appreciative. Now, if a man takes care of his employees and is willing to offer his own free time to handle business, I have nothing but respect for Mr. Sell. I will continue to transfer weapons through TSG as well as refer others to the shop.

This is the best store of its kind ever. So glad it is near to me. The people here are very knowledgeable and patient. I bought two hand guns there and I am so pleased at the information before the sale and the guns themselves. Mr. Sells is awesome! I am glad he is our mayor now.

Amazing hidden gem. Called about a sale going on but didnt have the one I wanted. But they did have one left that was a little higher priced and they were able to hold it for me for a short time. After gun, ammo and accessories the service was great and very friendly. Very professional staff that knows their stuff. Highly recommend if you want a home town feel with great selection.

These guys are amazing. Always helpfully. This is store in kinda that corner gun shop who you would love to visit. I can't go anywhere. If they don't have it they will help u find it or order or times. Great prices and pieces.

Great experience! John was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was working alone(from what I could tell) and handled several different customers at once. Wasn’t planning on purchasing anything and left with a new Kimber! Price was fair and I will definitely be back.
