Turner’s Pharmacy is an independent owned pharmacy located at 821 Dixie Street Carrollton, GA 30117. I have been using this pharmacy for three important reasons. One reason is that it is very conveniently located near my Doctor’s Office, the employees are ALL extremely polite & helpful, and they have ALWAYS had the medications that I have to take regularly in stock where some of the chain pharmacies have NOT. This is the reason that I have made this pharmacy my sole pharmacy for myself. It has a drive thru, handicap parking, and a handicap ramp for anyone that is wheelchair bound. It is also located 1 block away from the local hospital (Tanner Hospital).

Fantastic, family owned pharmacy run by people who I know actually care about me and my family and who I know I can trust 100%. And, on top of integrity and caring, they have always gone the extra mile without my ever having to ask ~ looking for coupons, discount cards and anything else that might be able to save me money on my prescriptions... I had to move a few years back and to this day, because of the people who work there and the significant amount of money they save me each month, I still drive an hour and a half once a month to have my prescriptions filled.

OK so Turnner Pharmacy is starting off 2024 all wrong. I’ve been calling to see if I could get my medicine prescribed and all you doing is transferring the phones over to my health care provider or my specialist doctor Who prescribed the medication so I am calling to see if they got the documentation from either or my doctor or my insurance company because one of the young ladies on Friday so me that a PA needs to sign a form. I’ll call back today on the holiday to see if my medication is ready and all she’s doing is give me the runaround and pushing it towards my doctor when they are the pharmacy then she hangs up on me I called again then she’s put me on hold for like 45 minutes so since I can’t speak with the manager as i ask for her to fix the situation to send out what form do they need for them to process my medication. It’s going on a week where I did not have my pain medicine, it’s a new year new insurance so there’s order that needs to be done which is understandable but they are not making it no better they are making me feel worse which is bad that I’m already in pain and I they don’t care and playing around with the phone all because they want to keep passing down their responsibilities on to the next candidate when its there responsibilities as an pharmaceutical but they’re supposed to get in contact with the insurance companies to make sure it’s covered and they supposed to be the one to get in contact with the doctors for any signature that you need and not put the pressure on the patient specially since she is in pain because she didn't have her pain meds now this is an chronic pain patient that right there shows how rude they can be and very unprofessional!!!!

A friend has used them for a very long time, and recommended them to me. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are very quick to fill my prescriptions and always courteous and helpful. They are open a half day on Saturday, which is great when you can't get there on a weekday. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fast and friendly. Just transferred there from CVS and all I can say is GREAT JOB!!! Best decision. I picked up my medication and didn’t have high blood pressure when I left. Only wish I would have switched sooner.

The best pharmacy I've ever been a customer of. The pharmacist Mr. Turner is the nicest and most helpful person you could ever associate with. He will do what he can to make you feel at home in the place while waiting on your prescription to finish getting filled. Me and my 2 boys have been a customer here for many many years, I have been a customer here for almost ten years now.
