I accepted the credit offer from them at the cashier. Every time I got the bill online it was over due, they never notify me before hand . I had to pay lates pays twice, the customer service were not understanding. I payed it in full and cancelled my credit card right away. They are shady don’t get the credit card from them. I have a perfect credit and it was the first time I dealt with fraudulent company.

Went in not knowing much about hair care products or where anything was, but my grandma and I had a wonderful young lady named Mia walk up and ask if we needed help. She was very helpful and thorough explaining different products and prices to us. You could tell she genuinely cared about our experience and getting the right products. We will definitely be going back because of the wonderful experience.

Super easy to make appointments it wasn't super packed when I went either . I was able to get my hair curled and lashes applied by Jen. I actually got there a bit early and was able to pick up some unnecessary items that I now love.

My recent visit to Ulta in Morgan Hill left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and it wasn't from the makeup testers. As I perused the aisles in my comfortable Sunday attire - casual pants, an oversized t-shirt, and my trusty, albeit large, purse - I couldn't shake the feeling of being judged.

It was as if the manager regarded me with suspicion, casting a shadow of doubt over my intentions. Perhaps she thought my relaxed appearance signaled a propensity for theft, a natural assumption based solely on my attire. But I implore her to remember: appearances can be deceiving.

This wasn't the first time I've encountered such prejudice in this store. It seems that, despite being a regular customer, my presence is consistently met with skepticism simply because of the way I dress. But I refuse to let their narrow-mindedness define me.

I hold a master's degree in human factors engineering, a field that emphasizes understanding and accommodating the diversity of human capabilities and limitations. Ironic, isn't it? That someone who dedicates their career to fostering inclusivity should be met with such prejudice.

To the manager, and anyone else quick to judge based on appearances: never underestimate the depth beneath the surface. Every individual carries a story, accomplishments, and aspirations that transcend the clothes they wear. My recommendation? Open your mind and your heart before passing judgment, for you never know the brilliance that lies within those you're so quick to dismiss.

As for Ulta in Morgan Hill, I hope this serves as a wake-up call to reevaluate your approach to customer relations. Beauty isn't just skin deep, and neither should your commitment to inclusivity and acceptance be. Until then, I'll be taking my patronage elsewhere, to establishments that appreciate the value of every customer, regardless of their outward appearance.

Furthermore, the discomfort I felt during my visit was palpable, to the point where I left the store shaking and on the verge of tears. The feeling of being watched and judged followed me even as I approached the checkout counter to pay, with the manager seemingly shadowing my every move. This level of scrutiny and distrust is not only unwarranted but deeply upsetting.

It's disheartening to even consider that my physical appearance may have played a role in this treatment. While I cannot definitively state that racism was a factor, the suspicion directed towards me seemed disproportionate to my actions, leading me to question if my ethnicity influenced the manager's perception of me. It's imperative for Ulta in Morgan Hill to ensure that their store is a safe and inclusive space for all customers, and that means fostering an environment where racist attitudes have no place.

i love it here!! the staff are wonderful and compassionate when you need assistance on looking for the right product. Alicia is extremely wonderful and supportive when it comes to just that! she is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. thank you Morgan Hill Ulta for giving me a terrific shopping experience. i definitely will be coming back!!!

I think the people in carson city need to get retrained. not only were they gossiping, they forgot the customer was right infront of them. no class and just rude.
