I felt highly valued as a patient. All staff members were professional and very nice. The nurse listened to my issues and gave me good recommendations. There was no wait time. I feel very comfortable with having the staff at this facility handle my health issues.

If I could find a zero star option, I’d pick it.

Walked in with extreme throat and ear pain. Pain level 10/10, barely even able to stand. I told the front desk my insurance type, and also had my wife call before I arrived to verify they took my insurance type. They all said yes. So I filled out all the medical forms, in extreme pain, and sat in the waiting room for about 30 min only to be called up to the front desk saying they don’t except my insurance.

Thanks for 30 min drive out there, 30 min filling out your forms, and waiting another 30 minutes with a pain level of 10/10 only to be turned away.

Glad I didn’t get seen there, the waiting room was a mess, paint chipped off the walls, definitely didn’t give me the “I’m in a good place” type vibe.

Wonderful, friendly and sweet. I’ve been here twice and saw the doctor and nurse on separate occasions. Both very knowledgeable and acted with urgency. I had a referral called in and a specialist contacted me within an hour.

I would suggest the volume on the TV in the waiting be muted with closed caption.

I loved my visit it was my time visiting. Time I walked in I was greeted with a friendly receptionist and the nurses that brought me back made me feel at ease and cared for with kind words, and then the wonderful doctor came in to assure me I’ll be fine with a smile and she had such great bedside manners. Thank you all for making me feel like “I mattered”.

I didn't have to wait long to be seen by the nurse. The staff was very cordial and respectful. Also the facility was very clean including the bathroom. I didn't have to drive a long distance to get to Urgent Care. The drive was less than 5 minutes from my house.

Thankful for the entire team! My toddler has been sick for over a week with no help from another urgent care. I came here and the team was nothing short of amazing. They tested her for everything, and answered all my questions. Kudos to the entire staff from the front desk to provider. I highly recommend.

I had been battling the flu with home meds for about 4 days. Finally decided to go to urgent care and the staff took very good care of me. This will be my new urgent care center Dr. Sims and his staff took very great care of me.
