They got me good here. Called and asked him clear as day if I can bring the van in if there will be any charge and they said no, just bring it on in and we will take a look at your lift. I take it in and they put a little WD-40 in a few spots and bring it out and say it’s $160. I was under the impression insurance would cover it but apparently insurance has nothing to do with any of this, but it wasn’t Made clear to me whenever I asked. Be very cautious.

Jason worked hard with us to get a wheelchair van for my handicap boyfriend with even meeting us. We got an 2008 Ford Econoline and since we got it have had two issues with the lift. Jason got us in the same day both times and got the lift working free of charge since has not been 30 days since we bought it. Jason has been very great and gone above and beyond in my opinion. I would recommend and return for repeat business.

Cindy Gould as well as every phone receptionist treated us highly professionally. These folks are obviously well trained in best practices for customer service. Additionally, their vehicles have been new or very recent model year so they are clean and very reliable. We consider their pricing to be very competitive for the specialized vehicles they offer. We expect to use their services regularly in the future. Highly recommended!

The world needs more places like this. Excellent experience. Our van rental was so nice. I wish we could afford it more often. It is affordable enough for when we need to use it. Our wide electric wheel chair fit the ramp.

To say I feel like I've grown up at United Access might feel like an understatement. My family has gotten vans from UA since I've been around (roughly 30 years).They've always been super helpful, friendly, and flexible. I bought my car from them and get it serviced regularly. It gives me a peace of mind taking my adapted van to them because I know they know what they're doing. They also understand that, as a person with a disability who can't simply take an Uber around town, my van is my independence. My family has gotten many vans from Alan Brown and I enjoy working with Justin to make sure everything is in working order. I also plan on getting a vehicle from them again in the future.
