The front office staff checked me in right away in a calm and friendly manner. The medical aid tested my eyes on several instruments and explained what the tests were for and what I needed to do in a friendly clear manner. She made sure the instruments were clean and properly set up before use. Dr. Gagnon greeted me, as always, in a warm, friendly, professional manner and showed me the images of my eyes and explained and answered all of my questions. I left there with confident knowledge that my eyes were in great shape. I couldn’t have asked for better care!

Absolute extortion. We made in all 5 visits to Dr Swaminathan for my moms eye injury. All paid out of pocket. The outcome of the 4th visit was that everything was looking good and the eye had healed. We paid $68 for that visit which included an eye test, scan, eye check and eye pressure check. Keep in mind prior visits were ranging $200 - $300 each. Our 5th and last visit was really to get medical records and check there was no reversal in recovery. We were charged $198 for absolutely nothing new for that visit. They kept telling us the doctor entered a code for office visit and had no explanation why we were charged less in the previous visit. That too after a 45 minute wait for the doctor. When making the appointment, we were told yours is the first appointment and you will be in and out quick. Another thing is that they will charge you $30 “administrative fee” for getting your own medical records! $30 to hit print basically. My mom is not a US citizen and has no records in this country. We needed them to take them back home. This experience towards the end just when I was about to recommend them to other people just changed everything.

Dr Lorraine is extremely caring and attentive to every detail. She has the knowledge and the expertise to answer every single concern and offer an appropriate solution.
I feel fortunate to have her as a care provider for my vision health.

Dr. Bloomingcamp is the best! I’ve been trusting her with my eyes for years. She really listens to my vision concerns and takes her time during the eye exam. 11/10 recommend her! She is also great with kids!
