They have an amazing staff. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and very friendly. They worked with VForVictory to help me get glasses and an eye exam after all my radiation and chemo treatments seeing my eyes changed during my cancer journey. It was all free for me. Their staff was so nice and very helpful! VforVictory is a non profit organization and helps cancer patients in so many ways and I am so thankful for everything they have done for our family while net working with business like VAL-vision and many others in the area for different needs.

I visited this location a year ago, and the Dr was able to detect an issue I thought I would never have. Well I came back a year later, and am beyond pleased I did. The Dr is knowledgeable, and amazing, but that doesn't overshadow her staff which are all incredible. The office management must adhere to continuing knowledge, customer care, and professionalism with much more as it shows in every interaction.

I highly recommend this office for all of your known, and unknown eye care needs. Prevention is key, and if an issue does arise I would believe, and follow the instructions from anyone of this highly impeccable staff.

Save yourself a whole lot of aggravation and massively expensive glasses that never seem to be the correct frames or lenses that you ordered. It's a nightmare dealing with "Marcie" the office manager.
I ordered a pair of readers and the frames and lenses were all wrong. I wear 2.0 straight readers and they are almost perfect: they are 10 years old. "Valu" vision ordered 3.o glasses that were all wrong and totally blurry. Wrong frames also. I paid about $500 for them. Called and rescheduled another appointment immediately and when I came in they claimed my insurance would not pay for the "corrections" as it was over 30 days.....thanks to their giving me the wrong glasses and having had to wait more than 30 days to receive them, and get another appointment. Then the doctor claimed my old pair of 2.0 were "progressive" so she talked me into getting another pair of progressives. A few days later, office manager "Marcie" calls me and says I need to come in for another appointment to measure for the progressives. I do this. Then I get the new glasses with the new frames. Cost about $497 charged, again to my insurance company and another $160 charge "for the new frames" They took away the original pink framed glasses and lenses from me but no refund to either me or my insurance company for them taking back the original pink glasses and frames.
The progressive lenses were terrible...if I turn my head .25 inches either direction, I am looking out of a blurred part of the lens and cannot see anything. If I hold my head perfectly still I can see out of the tiny "progressive" part of the lens dead center. Terrible. I understood then I had never had progressive lenses nor did I need them. I called back and they said I would have to have another exam (3rd exam with 45 days) which I would again have to pay for.... Then "Marcie" leaves me a voicemail a day before my appointment and says she "talked with the doctor" and decided "there is nothing more "we" can do for you and we can refund your $160 for the frames if you return the frames and lenses to us" I told Marcie this could be a win win situation if they only gave me a 2.25 straight reader and that would solve the problem. She claimed they "already did that" but they never did. At this point I lost all patience and told Marcie I would never, ever speak with them or do business with them again.... They cannot seem to get a person who needs regular reader a pair of glasses. I call this incompetence.

This office exceeded my expectations! Both the Doctor and the staff went above and beyond! Affordable with a huge selection of frames. Love my new glasses. Wouldn't go any where else!

I love this place! The staff is not only professional and friendly, they also make it comfortable to come with any questions i have! I always leave with a smile on my face ☺️ ? Can't wait for my new glasses!!! They are soooooo cute!
