The Negatives:
Prices are on the higher side however they are on par for this region when compared to other stores.

Summary:
Although the prices are on the higher side when compared to other regions, such as California, and online stores, you’re receiving a wide selection with very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Other locations have the same price, but lack knowledgeable staff.

Basically, you can find it cheaper however, if you want it now and want experienced staff this is a great place

This vape store sucks and is by far the worst one in Joplin they are extremely overpriced, their point system sucks I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Brendan was super super helpful. I came in because the juice I ordered online was going to be late and I needed something to get by. I am so so picky about my flavors that I have NEVER found one in store that I like. He was the first person who has ever been able to find and recommend a juice I actually like! It’s so nice knowing I can pop in and get something in town that I actually enjoy the flavor of.

I’ve been coming to this store since it was opened in the little half a building set up that you could barely even walk in. Employees have told me there is a 48 hour return policy on burnt or misfiring vapes. I’ve returned a vape 2 times in the 4 years that I’ve been going and that has always been the policy. Suddenly it’s not? Every employee says something different. Really frustrating when you come in and hear different things all the time.

Brendan rocked an excellent nostril ring but sadly flopped when it came to customer service, it seemed like he hated working there and would rather be doing anything else . They should pay him more so he can be more motivated or go find another job

Placed my order on 3/3/21 than I get a phone call on 3/4/21 from a worker named leslie about my address she had put my address down wrong the Post office said it didn't recognize the address, so no big deal I wasnt upset until I tried calling them today 3/8/21 to get my tracking number I was placed on hold for 20mins the man said he had a customer in the store so I was ok with waiting till I heard other ppl come into the store he should have gotten back on the phone with me but he continued to help them and when he got back on the phone with me it had been 20mins and he than tells me I will have to call back tomorrow to speak to candy who handles the tracking information super upset with the Kratom. Store bad customer service

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! i really hate to leave a Negative review but we've been in this shop over 10 times just in the last couple of weeks and the employees never know the prices of things or what they even are! they will sell you the wrong thing just to push a sale! the manager is rude and makes you feel like shes doing a favor for correcting her EMPLOYEES mistakes and PLEASE check what you are buying a lot of times they don't even know what they are selling or if its even safe to consume. Joplin shops continue to prove that you are better paying a corporation to have stuff shipped to ur door than do business with them
