Great experience! Easy, on-time check-in. Technician that ran eye maps, checked current prescription and got me to my exam room was the best! Super friendly and could not have been nicer! Dr. Brad Lewis performed a timely, thorough exam, was up-to-speed on my history and was energetic, upbeat and friendly! Frame technician that assisted me after my exam was great to work with to help me in any way she could. Entire experience could not have been better - WELL DONE S. National Vision Clinic team!

I’ve been a patient at Vision Clinic in Springfield for 3 years now and have been very impressed with the care I’ve received. Dr. Matthew takes his time, explains everything in easy to understand terms, and has an excellent bedside manner. I’ve had several eye issues that needed addressing over the years and I have been very happy with the care and referrals I have received. I would highly recommend Vision Clinic of Springfield.

I had a wonderful experience!! Everyone I encountered had a smile on their face, explained everything they did. (Tests etc) and moved me thru the clinic very efficiently. I never had to wait yet I never felt rushed! Dr Lewis was awesome. He thoroughly explained my plan of care, shared short term & long term goals & made sure I understood. Excellent quality of care in a timely manner! Thank you!

This was our first time, but I can truly say the experience was absolutely amazing. Yes I spent way more money than I can imagine, but the discounts were so appreciated. They let me know my expenses before I committed. The staff was out of this world exceptional. From the front desk to the doctor.. I’m absolutely amazed. Thank you.

What a place! Great staff, super helpful and knowledgeable. They got all the cool high-tech eye exam gadgets. Got cool pictures of the inside of my eyes. Frame selection was great, a on the mid to higher end. Dr was quick and helpful, seemed very knowledgeable and to the point. Wait time was a little longer than I would have liked but that's the nature of things these days.

I've been seeing to Dr. Plank for several years. He's awesome. So nice, and explains things well. I'm frustrated with Vision Clinic for the first time. The frames I purchased there in 2023 busted, without an incident causing it. My lens will not stay in, and they are awkward on my face. I can't see without them, so I endure. I went in last week, was told they couldn't be fixed, no frames there to fit my lenses, so had to order the same frames. The girl I spoke with said my insurance covered the replacement, and she would order them. No word, so I called and was told they were never ordered, and I owed money. I told them my insurance covers it, and it does. Now I wait some more. I can barely keep them on, but I can't see without them. I know mistakes happen, but I can't believe I can't get a solution for frames I bought less than two years ago. If I don't hear from them by EOD tomorrow, I will be finding a spot that will get me in frames that day.

Dr Sandy is amazing. She is so very kind and understanding. She actually listens to your issues and helps you understand why they are happening and what it will take to fix it. I have never had better treatment in 40 years.

Spent over $500 on glasses promised a discount if I order them with contacts. They recommended a trial contact for two different pairs and I order them and when it came time to purchase the contacts after I had done the trial I was told since I didn't buy them the same day the offer wasn't valid anymore. Nobody informed me of this when I purchased my glasses. Scummy sales practices. I will be finding a new place now.
