I hardly ever leave reviews but feel that Vision Express in Chester deserves one!
I had previously had issues with another opticians for several years for both glasses and contacts but stayed with them as I had always used them.
The comparison in customer service delivered by the staff at vision express than other leading opticians is outstanding.
Every member of staff you speak to is so kind and friendly. They don’t push you into picking any high end glasses, just let you look and if you need assistance they’re happy to help.
They even arranged for me to have a contact lense check up and eye test at the same time to make it more convenient for me.
The staff and opticians who work there always deliver amazing service.

I went in today for my first eye test in at least three years. I have to say the service on offer here is superb and the staff do everything they can to make you feel welcome and at home. I would like to give huge praise to both Jacob and Sian who both took the time to help me out with all of my queries and difficult questions. I will recommend them highly to anyone looking for new glasses or an eye test. Well done Chester team, you are all AMAZING!!!!!!
