I went in today because I had been to 2 different eyeglasses shops, one of which was where I got my eyeglasses to begin with. The screw in one side of my arm hinge fell out. When I arrived at my normal go to location I had to wait nearly 40 minutes. They did not have the right size screw to repair my frames. I took a shot and headed over to your location. I was greeted right away, I believe the woman in red had a badge on said store manager. She listened very carefully to what my issue was and she said let me see if have something that will work for. 5 minutes later she had the exact right screw that I needed!!!! I was so over the moon to have my favorite frames back. She charged me nothing and was SUPER NICE and easy to talk to. She gave me her card and it just might be she gained a new customer! I was so please with this place! I am sure I will be back as well as spreading the word! Thank you store manager for taking the time to turn my entire day around!!!!

The team greets you as soon as you enter the office and it smells and looks very clean. My appointment was very smooth, efficient, friendly and professional. Sonja and her team were very helpful and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!!

My babies have been with them for over 3 years and we absolutely LOVE them. The doctors, THE staff is so sweet and answers any questions or concerns you may have. The selection of glasses is top tier!! 1000 out of 10 for my family

I came in as a new patient and my main complaint was the drs exam room reeked of cigarette smoke. The Doctor was not personable and barely made any conversation, not even a warm smile or simple eye contact. He seemed annoyed, frustrated and rushed. The support staff was pleasant but disorganized and seemed flustered. I would not make another appointment at this office as it was not a pleasant experience.
