Great great great service from scheduling all the way to the end of the visit .Exam process was perfect and very knowledgeable of what they are all doing . Received my prescriptions glasses same day and the staff was so nice and helpful on helping me choose the style of glasses I wanted . Very happy and will definitely keep them as my preferred optometrist office .

Hello Dr. Sweeney
I visited Vision Source Insight Eyecare today (Monday, July 31, 2023). I arrived at approximately 9:50 a.m. I was greeted by the lady at the front desk. I explained that I wanted to purchase a pair of glasses. I tried on glasses for twenty (20) minutes while I waited on the employee in the optical studio to finish servicing a customer who was on the phone. The female employee in the optical studio never acknowledged me. Is it fair to leave a customer waiting for 20 minutes or more without even an acknowledgement? After twenty minutes of waiting, I asked the employee at the front desk to give me the price on two pairs of glasses, but she had no idea. It was only when the front office receptionist asked the employee in the optical studio for a price that she mentioned that she would be on the call for a long time. Boy was I in for a disappointment today!!!!! I had a wonderful visit with you Dr. Sweeney-when I had my eyes examined, but please let your employees know how to handle situations like this one.
