Dr. Vivienne Rosenbusch is the BEST! She is extremely intelligent and professional! She is also calm and thorough! She never gives up on solving a problem. Her office and staff are welcoming and friendly and always happy to help. I totally trust Dr. Rosenbusch with my eyes ..... is there any better way to express my satisfaction with VisionCare ? Dr. Rosenbusch is a rarity in today’s world 🙂 doctors like her are very hard to find. She spends the whole time with you from start to finish at her office. She even will call you on a Saturday 🙂 Dr Rosenbusch truly cares about her patients and if she even suspects any issues with your eyes she will refer you to a specialist. My family and I have been going to VisionCare Unlimited for over 10 years. Because I have very little vision in one of my eyes, vision care is extremely important to me. I don't trust any optometrist other that Dr. Rosenbusch to examine my eyes. This is not the kind of place where you go in, read an eye chart and walk out. Dr. Rosenbusch gives a professional and thorough examination and, if necessary, does not hesitate to refer patients to a specialist.

Once the exam is over Dr. Rosenbusch turns me over to her excellent staff in the eyeglass boutique. Because of my vision issues, it is important that I get the right frames and lenses. Jack always helps me select frames and lenses that are both stylish AND appropriate for my prescription.

I can't recommend VisionCare Unlimited strongly enough.

Knowledgeable doctor but poor office management. I was quoted one price over phone and billed three times as much after services were rendered. Strongly recommend asking for a full description and pricing up front if you don't want to experience the same unpleasant surprise I experienced.

Called for an appointment. Yes if I can make an appointment for my son and my daughter they said they couldn’t do anything until June. So I said oh OK well need something sooner so thank you anyway. And instead of someone saying OK well thank you have a nice day. They literally just hung up on me. Very rude and very poor phone manners . In some ways I’m glad they didn’t have anything available now .
