So I took the family for a weekend getaway to Gulf Shores AL and in the process my glasses were lost at sea LOL! Made an appointment right after we got home. The whole staff are super welcoming and just wonderful to work with! They answered all my questions and even explained my insurance coverage in easier terms so I could make an informed decision about my frames. And the selection! Every brand and style imaginable! In my case, even though the ones I liked weren't physically at the store, I could still have them made in their lab and sent over. The whole experience was fantastic, dare I say fun! Absolutely recommended! Come see the difference! See...what I did there? ?

I came into the store did self pay and I don't know if that's the reason for the problem or what? I had an eye exam because my old glasses just got to where I couldn't see as well anymore. Don't have vision insurance so I paid out of pocket. I got the 2 pair of glasses which I thought at first was great until I picked them up and realized I couldn't see. I informed the lady that worked there that everything was fuzzy and I couldn't see. She said that it would take a while for my eyes to adjust. Which I found extremely weird because every time I've ever gotten new glasses in my life, as soon as I put them on I could see everything and it was clear.. I came back into the store and spoke with Jim and explained that I'm having problems that I'm still not seeing as well as I should be able to. He told me it was because I didn't get bifocals in my glasses. I was told in my exam that I didn't need them. I called them a week later and told them that my eyes and head were hurting and I still can't see correctly. They has me came back in for another eye exam. Turn out the prescription they put in my glasses was not the right one for me. They sent my glasses off again to put the correct one in. I picked them up still couldn't see from a distance turned out they only did something for the astigmatism in my eyes they did nothing for the fact that I am also near sighted and far sighted, are you kidding me? What am I paying you for? sent off my 2nd pair to get the new prescription and the bifocal in them.

My husband and I recently visited Visionworks, and we both had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in. They made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering our questions or guiding us through our eye exams and frame selections, their professionalism and warmth really stood out. We also loved the candy that the staff gave to us—it was such a sweet and thoughtful touch! We highly recommend Visionworks for anyone looking for excellent service and a team that truly cares about their patients!

Excellence in customer service! I was greeted the moment that I walked through the door. Although, I had my own frames. The entire staff provided excellent customer service. So much so; I referred my daughter to your store in Newnan.

I would not give them any stars. The manager Jim, lacks the ability to be a manager. Not only is he rude and unprofessional, he also takes no accountability for the fraud committed but likes to push your concerns to VisionWorks "Customer Service". Problems created by him or his staff go unaddressed as they lack the ability. This is unfortunate as VisionWorks is in network with many insurance carriers. He should not be working with patients.

Came in to see if they could adjust my glasses. They said no because I didn’t purchase them there. I purchase my glasses online and I have never had an issue with a store providing the simple service of having the ear pieces tightened. It wasn’t even that he refused to adjust the glasses. It was the snotty, dismissive attitude that he gave me.

You obviously aren’t trying to gain customers with this level of attitude and service. I will never use VisionWorks for any of my vision needs and will let others know of my experience here.

Stanton optical on the other hand provided excellent service and gladly adjusted my glasses with a friendly attitude.
