I went for a Saturday appointment, scheduled through my insurance app. I received helpful texts before my appointment to fill out all my paperwork and answer any questions I had. My actual appointment went well. I’ve never done an in-person appt with a remote doctor, but the staff was very helpful and kind as they walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable throughout. All in all, easy, convenient, and my glasses could be ready within 2 weeks to pick up.

Terrible experience! I walked into the store at 5:41 pm, and after “hello” the first thing the stocking-capped clerk said to me was “we’re closing at 6:00.”

Fine. Message received. I’ve bought $100,000 pieces of equipment in less than 19 minutes. Might have been a good idea to let me spend the final 19 minutes you are open looking at a $100 set of frames.

But I won’t bother you. Go ahead and start turning off the lights. I’ll go buy my glasses from a locally owned store that appreciates people shopping with them no matter whether it’s 19 minutes to closing.

We drove over an hour for our appointments and they cancelled all three without even making a phone call. Claimed that our phone number was "fake," but the phone number they read back to me and called to confirm the appointment a couple of days ago is my number and has been my number for years. Four years in a row and there has always been an issue so we're finding a new doctor. This establishment is a chaotic mess.

Deangelo has assisted me for two years now. Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I even smudged up my current glasses moving them around from apparatuses and asked if there was something I could use to clean the lenses - Deangelo took them for me, cleaned them thoroughly and even tightened up the screws making them secure and more comfortable! Deangelo made the entire process through the tests, exam and checkout process both times professional, accurate and understandable!!! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While Josie is amazing and Kevin is knowledgeable, I will not be coming back! I was not notified that the exam would be on a TV screen with a doctor who isn't even in Springfield, MO. When my glasses came back the 1st time the measurements were 3mm off so they had to be sent back. 2 weeks later my glasses finally came in. The tech who gave them to me had extremely long and (in my opinion) very unprofessional finger nail length. No wonder she acted like she didn't want to adjust my glasses. When she kind of adjusted them she didn't bother to clean them so I had to clean them before I could see if the prescription would actually work. Not 10 minutes later I returned to the store to set up another appointment (unfortunately over a screen again) to have my prescription reassesed. Why is it so difficult to see an actual doctor in person? Why wasn't I notified before my visit so I could use my insurance elsewhere? Why are using proper tools, cleaner and warm air to adjust glasses the norm in this facility? I've worn glasses for 31 yrs. I've never had such a bad experience! I will be finding another option for my exam next year!

Love that you have 100 days to make sure what you choose is exactly what you want. Their great specials are the right time to buy! Save those coupons from your mail!! Lol
