Truly the best eye care team around! My experience was Phenomenal. Everyone was so experienced knowledgeable Concerned and patient. Although there were other customers, I felt like I was the only one. the doctor and staff were so nice. Picking out my glasses was fun! I had help finding the perfect glasses for my face. Overall, from start to finish, it was a bit over an hour. Wow wow wow! Thank you so much VISIONWORKS!!!!

The eye doctor was very helpful and very attentive to my concerns. The guy that helped me with my glasses was very nice and friendly. My overall experience was great. I just would like for them to get a better variety of glasses to choose from. But other than that everyone was great!!

My girlfriend made an appointment the week prior for both her and myself. A young lady even called back to get the insurance information 2 days prior. The day before my girlfriend received a text message to confirm the appointments. We arrive today at 11:58 am (appointment at 12:00 pm). Jemiaya asked our name looked in her tablet and advised that she did not have an appointment for me, only my girlfriend. We then had to spend 10 minutes giving her my information, which is the same information as my girlfriend - who is in your system with an appointment. We had to tell her 3x that I am the primary. I advised her that I was tight on time and asked how long it would take to be seen. Jemiaya advised that I could not go back until she finished entering my information. As we were giving her the information I noticed a gentleman standing in the back of the store just observing. When we made eye contact he waived me back and asked me what time did I need to leave. I explained what happened and that I needed to leave to make a meeting. With no sympathy or empathy he begin to explain how they could probably do my exam but the doctor was with an elderly patient who has her running behind so he could not give an ETA on how long I would have to wait on the doctor. As it was already 12:15, we decided to leave and advised that we would not be back. The gentleman said okay and walked away.
As we walked to the car my girlfriend received a text confirming her appointment for 12:15. I still have nothing. I decided to go back to get the information of the General Manager to give them some feedback. When Nia brought me Danny's business card I asked when would he be in. She advised he was there. I asked to speak with him and out comes the gentleman from earlier that was standing in the back of the store watching my frustration. Danny came over and I asked for the person over him. He took the card and wrote down a name and email address. No apology, sympathy, or empathy.
I came home and called your Customer Service line where I was advised to hold for a representative. I listened to your auto attendant for 42 minutes before I disconnected.

The office staff was very welcoming. I had help picking out my glasses I easily found the right pair for me. And it's very clean and organized.

This location lost my daughter glasses then they were rude when I called asking if they were going to replace them after not hearing back from them. I was told that they were not delivered even though I received a text message four days prior confirming delivery. I asked for a manager and the corporate number. Customer service was horrible!!

After multiple promises of someone to call me. No one has reached out. At this point, I really just want my money back and my insurance to get their money refunded to. They posted here just to front like they were going to do something and did absolutely nothing. My children still don’t have their glasses and I don’t have my contacts.

After giving a review for services rendered, both in the front as well as with the technician and doctor, I have decided to change my previous review. When I went to pick up my glasses I became aware that I was not told about the buy one get one deal on the date I purchased my glasses. When I went to PICK UP my glasses I saw a backward facing sign (the back of the promo sign is facing the door ). I then Inquired why I wasn’t told about the promo while purchasing my glasses as well as why the sign is not posted in a better location (facing the doorway upon walking I ). One of the 3 young ladies at the desk then proceeded to go in the back and came back to inform me that I cannot take advantage of the promo because it wasn’t done on the day I purchased the glasses. That’s because I wasn’t informed of the promo! The General Manager was not in and I was told he would be in the next day (Saturday). I called today and told again he’s not in and a young lady came on the line who said she was the supervisor. I informed her that I wanted to speak to the GM but she said “he’s going to ask me what your issue is”. After explaining to her the issue she went into this long explanation as to why I can’t get it (too long to type). Other than giving me my free pair of glasses, nothing said or done will satisfy me at this point. Based on this experience I would absolutely like to remove my highly rated review I previously posted in regards to this location, VISIONWORKS IN CAMP CREEK and unfortunately I will not be returning. FYI just wanted to add that the Doctor at this location is awesome and it’s unfortunate that I won’t see her again. Saw her also in 2021.

Walk in to drop off my glasses to update my perscription. Was told the Dr. called out sick and they couldn't perform any transactions and to come back on Monday. It was 3 ladies sitting comfortably in the building with zero traffic. No let me take your name and number and we can process later, just come back another day. At this point as a business owner operator you are wasting resources and potential business.

This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and could not be serviced. And apparently they closed a day during the week even though the sign says they are open. They are Making it harder than it needs to be do business with them.

I have been going to this place for glasses since elementary and middle school. I've been going here my whole childhood, teen hood, and adulthood too. One of my favorite places to get prescription glasses at for the best prices. And having insurance is the best way to get a huge discount off of the glasses you purchase here too.
It's Very clean inside, polished carpet, beautiful glasses selection, great professional work staff, quick service, not too long of a wait, and great help + communication from the employees too.
Wonderful Experience Overall !!! 5 out of 5 most definitely !!!!
