I can’t believe how awesome they are. The doc was amazing got me In an out super fast while still giving a very good exam. I got my glasses today and wowzers! It’s like watching a movie in 8k now. I never thought I could see so clear and wow this is fantastic. If you need glasses go to these people. Gracie at the desk was also amazing helping me out and being patient with all my questions. Shout out vision works!

The employees at this Visionworks are kind and attentive. They do their best to put you at ease. They take time to tell you what the next steps in your care so you never feel like you are just another number. They never make you feel rushed when picking out glasses and will assist whenever you have questions.

Check in was a breeze. The assistant and doctor made me feel comfortable. The staff helped me pick out my frames, and completed my transaction without a hitch. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. Will definitely return!

From scheduling my exam, to arriving, paying, getting the exam, picking out glasses, and getting fitted, everyone was helpful and nice. Fanny, the optometrist, answered all of my questions and gave me great advice. The two young receptionists were friendly as well. Once I received my prescription, I was helped by Clark, and he helped me choose a pair of work glasses for using a computer all day, everyday eyeglasses, and a pair of sunglasses. He also was very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel that customers should be treated the same whether they’re buying the most expensive designer frames or trying to save a few dollars and Visionworks succeeded 100%. I have not received this batch of glasses yet but I’m sure I’ll be pleased because this is my third time buying glasses from this company.

Clark was excellent, his customer service attitude and how he treats them was what I noticed first. His knowledge and understanding of the eyewear was comforting. Very expensive to purchase so having a person so knowledgeable is helpful.

Got 2 new pairs of glasses at Vision Works on Cortez Blvd. today. The new manager Amanda was not only a great help to me she also saved me money. Absolutely a pleasure to work with.
