When my wife and I entered the door, several of the staff members immediately greeted us, that really made us feel welcome. The entire staff was helpful from start to finish. Each staff member had sit down with us and explain the entire process from start to finish purchasing our eye glasses.

Don’t even bother with this place. My son had two new sets of glasses made here and they couldn’t even transcribe the prescription correctly. When he picked them up and told them he couldn’t see out of one lens, they advised him to give it a few days to adjust even though his prescription strength was exactly the same as his previous glasses that he had no issues seeing out of. I called this place to see if they can look at these new glasses again and they told me to bring them back in a week later. I immediately drove to this location,there were 3 ladies in the front hanging out and no customers in the store. They told me if my son is having issues seeing out of the the new glasses that he needed to go back to see his eye doctor for an evaluation. I took both sets of glasses to West GA Eye Care and immediately they caught that one lens in both sets of glasses were wrong. After bringing in written documentation from our doctor, they finally took them back to be fixed. Don’t bother emailing customer service either, they say they will forward your concerns to upper management and you will not hear anything back. Take yourself and your family to another place where staff has some medical knowledge and background to understand the importance of making glasses correctly.

Thanks. I fell asleep with my glasses on and when I woke, the handle was broken. Went in to have them repaired, but they couldn't repair them, and they were no longer under warranty. The technician quickly offered to place my lenses into a new frame because I could hardly see how to drive there. The new frames were inexpensive and I also got a 20% discount. Thank you so much for the kind and swift service. ❤️

The eye doctor was very nice and informative when it came to any questions I had. He was very welcoming and professional after speaking with him all my nervousness went away, a calm therapeutic setting was established. When picking out my glasses the process was easy and fast. I definitely will be coming back here for any needed eye care I will need in the future.

Went in to get prescription eye drops required after cataract surgery, as I misplaced mine and my doctor was overseas. Well, the doctor here refused to even see me or look at my doctor’s prescription…! I went to Eye Wear Unlimited on 13th street, without prior appointment and guess what? The doctor saw me and gave me a similar eye drop prescription as of my overseas doctor.
Makes you think, does Visionworks have a real Eye Doctor Or someone qualified to process regular eye exams and too scared to look at other eye conditions…Hmm. !
