They not only represent themselves in a professional manner but gave insight to the values of the company. Customer service was top notch, from Eric on the phone when I called to schedule appointments, to walking in the front door, and being recognized by Yara. They had all our Insurance info figured out, very friendly and professional staff.

Eric was spectacular. I took my elderly momma in law to get glasses. Eric was not only kind and knowledgeable but he was really gentle and supportive as my momma in law tends to get anxious and confused easily.

Vision works is also amazing because they have a 100day return policy which we just used. We got bi focals on recommendation from the doctor but after about 2 months of navigating the bi focal, it left Mamá confused and disoriented trying to navigate the bi focal. Eric and his team graciously allowed us to replace the glasses for single vision.

Yara was amazing! My youngest daughter was having such a hard time picking a pair of glasses that were similar to the pair she’d broken. Yara gave her so many options & looked up which ones came in the color she wanted. We left having purchased three pairs from her & will be making this where we get all our exams and eyewear moving forward. Thank you, Yara!

I had a wonderful experience at Vision Works from the minute I walked through the door.
I was greeted by everyone there when I walk in.
I told them what I was looking for and ORyan showed me the frames I was asking about.
She helped me choose frames and went all over the store collecting ones that she thought I might like.
She was so helpful, friendly and patient. I am not easy to please and have a hard time making up my mind. ORyan did not rush me. I enjoyed my time with her and I appreciated her expertise in eye wear and vision care. I had a coupon and I chose three frames. The selection of frames at Vision works is excellent!
ORyan did my measurements and wrote up the sale.
My glasses were ready in a week.
When I picked them up Eric assisted me with the adjustments and fittings.
He is really good at fitting frames. I like my glasses to be pretty loose for comfort and still I don’t want them to slip down on my nose.
This is not an easy fitting to make an Eric was so kind and patient. When my glasses felt comfortable he assured me if I wasn’t happy with how they felt, I could come back and have them adjusted as many times as necessary.
I went back and Eric did some more adjustments and he did a great job. My glasses fit perfectly.
I also return a pair that I didn’t like and I was surprised at how easy the process was!
Vision Works has a policy that if you don’t like your glasses you can exchange them for a different pair within one hundred days of your purchase. I was so happy that ORyan was there to help me choose another pair and it was as simple as that!
No questions asked.
I also met Yana on one of my visits to the store and I had a great chat with her. We talked about the new styles that are out and about glasses that are comfortable. She was so friendly and encouraged me to keep coming back for fittings until I was happy with how my glasses felt. I really appreciated her support and encouragement.
I highly recommend Vision Works and I will continue to buy all of my glasses there in the future.
