We had a pleasant experience. We were called as per our appt time, promptly taken care. The doctor was very good. The support staff were friendly and willing to help. I just did The Eye exam and we did not have time to order glasses. We will be back for the same.

I've come to this Visionworks location a few times. I said I'd get better about leaving positive reviews of my experiences with businesses. Here I am.

I'm a pretty punctual person, so I arrived a few minutes before my evening appointment time. The staff's always courteous, attentive and welcoming. The Optometrist relays my vision results and offers suggestions in an hopeful and professional manner. For the record, I'm blurred in one eye and can slightly see from the other without corrective lenses.

I highly recommend this location. The 'hand off' from front of the office to Optometrist to check out were all within a reasonable wait time, if any. This is the first review I'm leaving for VW after coming here times before. But as mentioned earlier, I want to get better about leaving reviews of my positive experiences with businesses.

My initial impression was not a good one. I arrived 5 minutes early for my 9:00 a.m. appointment but the store was not open and no one had arrived yet. It was shortly after 9 that a staff member did arrive and apologized for being late. She called the doctor, who too was late and told her the first patient was there waiting. Then, everything went better. The doctor arrived moments later and I completed my exam. Everyone was friendly and professional. I appreciate that the doctor was thorough and answered all of my questions. The experience was about me and not about sell, sell, sell. 😊

Worst experience. New to GA. Went here because it's local to me. WAITED more than 1 hour before being seen and once in the queue. took several hours. Person handling me was strong on friendly short on actual knowledge. Was sold 2 pair and when they came in...both frames were not even proper size or fit for me. To many issues some were repeated issues.
Now I have to return as 1 pair (the 1 they decided to make a tri-focal instead of a progressive bi-focal and was basically useless) is broken. After several hundreds of dollars....
I am not looking forward to returning to this store. Certainly will not buy here again.
Would never recommend if another 1 or 2 customers are in the store. They can only handle 1 at a time and even that outcome is questionable. No...they are not 100% terrible - just terrible most of the time. Happy for those lucky customers. I'm not one of them. Nor was another sitting in the waiting area that expressed his dissatisfaction. Your typical wait for eye doctor and a decent sales person to shop for frames / complete service will GREATLY exceed 1 hour MAJORITY of the time.

I got the terrible experience, my son got eye exam Saturday, the eye Dr just spent one minutes to test his eye vision, each eye just ask one time, which one is better 1 or 2, then made a decision give us a prescription for eye glass. I brought question on the front desk right after came out the exam room. I never ever met a Dr to test vision in such hurry, she told me she had confidence to do so. If glass does not fit , come back in 90 days. My son is college student will go back to school soon, we don't have time to do so. I went to another eye Dr next two day, got a different result . one eye .5 another one is .75 difference with my second prescription .
I was told this shop Dr gave us a too strong prescription. I will never come back to this shop, and be careful your prescription . I am glad that I got second oponions .

Awesome store and sales agent were helpful and very Courteous. Angela was Magnificent and she HAS a wonderful Demeanor. Seems like She Very knowledgeable and THOUGHTFUL..Warm persona..Always Smiling and seems to want to go "That Extra Mile for Customers..Lots of frame Choices.. Highly recommend this store Friends and Family.. Angela and Staff Extremely PROFESSIONAL!!..Wow. Think I need some New Glasses!!!

A great place to take of your eyes,! Dr. Snowdon is awesome, takes good care of your exam and readily talks about any new or existing problems. This is the main reason I like going here because she makes sure you understand each exam and what she is looking for. Everyone in the store is knowledgeable and very nice and they make want to come again. Thanks vivionsworks at John's Creek. Brenda

I bought my glasses at Visionworks an year back and went back to have my glasses fixed (as they were getting loose). They did a good job and did not charge me anything. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
