The staff there was extremely helpful in every way. With all of the questions that I had, along with the doctor being extremely thorough, on going over all my optic care. Thank you all for the clean bill of health. I will most definitely to potentially purchase some eyeglasses. In the near future

First time getting glasses and exams done here . The entire experience was great. Really easy to book appointments online, lots of availability where other places were booked out for months, the doctor and everyone else was super friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. Felt very welcoming and not intimidating at all

I purchased insurance on my glasses that was good for 1 year. So today I submit my insurance claim, no problem I ask for a temporary pair of contacts to get me through the 14 days I have to wait to get the same prescription strength glasses I just had. But unfortunately they can't give me the same rx strength for temporary contacts until I get a new eye exam. I'm disappointed that this organization would rather their customer go 14 days without being able to see vs giving them a pair of contacts to get them through.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Visionworks in Johnstown. The eye doctor was very informative and knowledgeable, yet had a laid-back approach that made me feel at ease during my appointment. The prescreen guy was not only thorough but also funny, which made the process enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the wonderful front staff. They were honest, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Not only did they handle helping me pick out frames for my glasses with skill, but they were also willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had, and with honesty and their opinions. Overall, my visit to Visionworks in Johnstown was exceptional thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of quality eye care and service.

My first visit to this location was fine. The store is organized and clean, with a lot of frames to choose from. The employees there (with the exception of the doctor I met) seemed bored and ready to go home. I waited for the doctor to see me for at least 20 minutes after my initial testing, without any sort of explanation or anything from anyone. After the doc saw me, I was not instructed on choosing frames or given a little tray to hold them in. As well, I had to initiate the purchase once I was done choosing frames (literally no one asked if I needed help!). Once everything was ready for pickup, I was barely greeted when I came in and once helped, they again did not seem very eager to help me out. Other than these things, my experience went fine and my glasses turned out great for what I needed.

I would give a 0 if possible. My husband & I walked into this facility (8/21/24) noonish, to try to get him glasses from his prescription from another facility. No greeting from “receptionist”, Just a blank stare as she held phone to her ear. I stood in front of her, & she says quietly “hi” & stares at me . Seriously? How about “ I’ll be with you soon.” Her Phone call ends & she says NOTHING to us & proceeds to take another call. Another employee comes out from the back walking like she may pass out at any moment, & was of NO help whatsoever. She acted like she couldn’t wait to go SIT in her chair in front of the computer. Unbelievable experience. After our experience, We went to Visionworks in Loveland. EXCELLENT service. These two employees need to find another job at this facility. The employee from the back told my husband to rummage through the drawers to find what he wanted. Terrible customer service!!!

This Visionworks does not work came in at the beginning of the week knowing they proudly except walk-ins unfortunately I drove from the west side of Loveland to be told that they have no Dr.'s until Friday.
The one person that was working was very friendly and polite.
I don't plan on going back.
