The doctor here is great. Had a few exams with him. This is my first time buying glasses here. Would never recommend doing that. The buying process was fine--attentive and patient while you try on frames. Going back to pick them up and have them adjusted--just skip that step and take them home to adjust. They are the least bit interested in making sure you like your expensive new purchase before you leave. Will never buy anything from them again--very likely to return these if I can't get them to fit. Terrible customer service once the sale is made.

Nothing wrong if you do. But it makes you stand out from others.

Recently changed my vision plan and jad to switch to Visionworks Mall of GA who are the preferred providers. No regrets so far as I had an excellent experience with their helpful, friendly and experienced staff. Highly recommend this Eye center!

Horrible experience, they refused to give me my paid ready glasses because the doctor was absent. Waste of time!!!! They claim that when the doctor is not in the office they are not able to give you paid, ready glasses. Mind you I have never seen a doctor during picking up glasses. Doctor is only there for actual eye exam and giving out the prescription!

I recently visited this Visionworks Mall Of Georgia location after waiting three months for my son's contact lens prescription. After numerous calls to customer service, I was finally informed that my contacts were ready for pickup. I confirmed my visit for Saturday and arrived at the store, hopeful to resolve this long-standing issue.
Upon entering, I greeted the associate at the desk and informed her I was there to pick up the lenses. However, the store manager Jennifer Esping, immediately interrupted our conversation, rudely stating that I wouldn’t be picking them up because the doctor was not in. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after waiting so long.
As I tried to explain my situation to the associate, the manager Jennifer, continued to interrupt and display disrespectful behavior. Despite my attempts to focus on the associate, who remained professional and courteous, the manager continued to make snide comments and disrupt our conversation. I made it clear that I did not wish to engage with her and was only speaking to the associate, who was genuinely trying to help me.
Feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, I informed the manager Jennifer that if her behavior continued, I would escalate the matter to corporate. She then retreated to the back of the store. Another customer witnessing my experience shared that that managers behavior is common at that location and it is indeed extremely frustrating.
The initial professional associate, however, was apologetic and continued to assist me, working diligently to have my prescription transferred to my home location. I appreciate her professionalism amidst such a negative experience.
I hope that management takes this feedback seriously, as the behavior I encountered was not only unprofessional but also felt borderline discriminatory. Customer service should always prioritize respect and professionalism!!
