Mi experiencia fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. El personal super amable. La atención de Olga es maravillosa hizo que me sintiera super tranquila en todo momento, te da toda la información que necesitas y aclara tus dudas de manera muy amable. La Dra. Chun increíble a pesar de que no habla español me atendió muy bien y mis fórmulas para lentes de contacto y montura quedaron perfectas. Muchas Gracias! 100% recomendados

Ya recibí mis lentes quedaron bien creo que el mayor problema en este lugar es que no comenta cuando tienen un retraso de entrega ni dicen que paso, hasta que uno mismo pone presión.

Fatal experiencia ya voy a cumplir un mes y nada que llegan mis lentes, y luego los lentes de mi esposo no quedaron bien. Los tuvo más de una semana usando en lo que se acostumbraban sus ojos pero no quedaron bien los lentes. Pero lo más molesto realmente es el retraso de la entrega de mi par de lentes. Recomiendo que cheques los comentarios antes de venir, la verdad mi esposo no checo los comentarios y aquí estamos con los malos momentos en Visionworks.

Very nice staff. Very easy to talk to. Especially since it had been 35+ years since my last eye exam. But the downside is they do not allow anyone in the actual exam room, even an advocate for the patient. That is why my wife did not make an appointment and I will not be back again. Have to treat your clients with respect!!!

Edit: I do not wish to be a part of your family. At this point. I will not ever set foot in any of your facilities again. I would recommend that anybody else looking to go to one of your facilities....Think twice!!

Yesterday I had an appointment and I was thinking I had to cancel because I had to do bring my two small kids. My appointment was for a contact exam and I was thinking how am I going to do these exams with a crawling baby, but when I tell the staff was so great. Ms. Olga took my babies like she knew them her whole life and I love that. I can't remember the other staff member names but I would love to say thank you. I have a child with Autism and I must saw they kept a smile on her face and made her feel so welcome. This location is a drive for me but I will say I will take this drive again because of the staff members and How they made us feel welcome.

Strongly recommend this location. Went in for an eye exam and purchased new frames and lenses within 45mins. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Excellent customer service. It's always a homely feeling when I visit this location!!

Austin and Nikki are amazing! Austin took excellent care of my 3 children and I. She made sure we had everything we need, thoroughly explained all the steps and the features of the glasses and the contacts that we ordered as well as answered all of our questions. She provided excellent customer service and made us feel right at home!

Nikki is brilliant! She provided so much insight and information and really helped me get my glasses adjusted to the progressives which I should've done from Austin's first recommendation. She is such an asset to the company and I truly appreciate all of her genuine help to get me to see right!!

I received a message reminding me my exam was due. There was an opening at the perfect time the same day. I scheduled, had the exam, found my vision hadn't changed, was reassured that my Retina were very good, and got a new pair of readers. My insurance covered it all except for the $19 I paid for the Retina scan. I might have missed the opportunity if it hadn't been so easy.
