Horrible service. I dealt with the lady up front named Kiristie and set up an appointment and she felt the need to assume that I was looking in a different location so canceled my appointment and then called to tell me she can set up a appointment at a location an hour away or I can wait a month and a half for my next appointment because the doctor supposedly only works 2 to 3 days out of the month. I've dealt with this company for years and have never had a problem until this location. I definitely do not recommend coming to this location. And to top it off me and my wife were already at the location in the mall and all I seen was her sitting on her phone scrolling through tiktoks very unprofessional, and time is money. I had to schedule off work for no reason because somebody wanted to assume(week later update talked to GM and I would say if you want to continue doing business at visionworks do not go to this location it will totally ruin your experience, there filled excuses and have horrible customer service and definitely do the most to not take responsibility for their wrongs)

Excellent service and excellent product. Darlene at the Northpark Mall location went above and beyond to answer questions, look up insurance info, and help me compare options. I ordered prescription sunglasses with progressive lenses that arrived exactly correct and earlier that expected.

I have paid out of pocket for lenses and glasses from them. I had ordered some contacts but needed a pair to get me through till they came in. I asked vision works if they could give me a pair till my others came in and was told no. I have asked this of other eye places In the past and was never told no. I call today to order contacts again and can’t till I come in for annual vision exam. I asked the lady in the phone at vision works what the name of my insurance was under. She provided names of other optometrist who took my insurance. I won’t be back. Vision works is not about customer service at all. They will take my patronage but when I needed something, I was told no.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Although this is the place my insurance takes I would rather pay the money and go to Walmart where I can get a ounce of respect and be treated halfway decent. The doctor was pretty nice but out of the 5 times I spoke to the 4 different women in the office not once were they nice. Wish I could give zero stars.

Vision works is a great store with a wide variety of styles and frames to choose from. The staff is always so friendly and very helpful in all ways. I have gone there for multiple years now and they never have disappointed me.

Picked up my glasses, very quick and thorough. Sunglasses were loose. The blonde technician she fixed immediately! Super impressive!
Truck Drivers, know that after your initial eye exam. Vision Works is able and willing to mail your new prescription to a Visionworks near your Terminal!

Dr. Barkley took the time to fully explain my vision and my glasses needs to me. He answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood what he was saying. Kirstie made the checkout process easy and quick, even as she explained all of my lens options and helped me pick the right ones for my lifestyle. I can't wait to get my new glasses in a couple weeks!
