I had an eye exam on 11/5/24. After a month, I called the store, and sadly, I couldn't get any further than Amelia, the automated voice to find out the status of my glasses. I was advised they have shipped. Two weeks later, I called back for the status and was told once again they had shipped. A week or two later I called back but this time Amelia can't find my order, so she transferred me to the call center. I was told my glasses were at the store. She offered to send them an email requesting they call me back. I agreed as I did not want to go to the store without confirmation directly from the store. A couple days pass there is still no call back from the store. A few days later on 1/18/25, I was out running errands in the neighborhood, so I stopped by the store. And yes, my glasses were there. I have a couple of problems with this situation. It should not take 2 months to receive my glasses.
No one at the store had the common courtesy to follow up on orders over 30 days that had not been delivered to the store. No one ever called me back after they received a message from the call center agent. And no one educated me on the proper way to utilize my new glasses as they were bifocals and I was told when I pick them up they will advise me how to navigate them as you have to look up or down based on your need of close or far distance. I waited so long for my glasses. I forgot they were bifocal as this was my first time ordering them. I will not be returning to this establishment. They need to improve their customer service. I had a problem with customer service the day of my initial appointment, too, but it wasn't worth posting a review.

Oh my goodness im honestly leaving here speechless, but in good way! Tiffany was absolutely amazing! she handled all of my needs so swiftly and made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer! i felt like we were also giggling for most of my exam, 😂 which really put me at ease. i will ALWAYS come back here for all my contact needs. Donna is the Manager and she made sure to wrap up my entire experience with a pretty bow! 10/10!

My wife and I both had appointments our experience at the Hiram GA location was wonderful. The only thing is I wish they would be more up front about the total cost of everything, we have insurance however the added cost for everything comes at the time when you pick your glasses. There's a bit of anxiety when you have to tell the associate you can't afford the extras. Perhaps instead of the associate checking a print out the prices can be accessible for the customers around the displays just a thought.

All of the employees I came in contact with had phenomenal customer service skills. I walked in and they were able to offer me an appt. The staff were friendly/courteous and explained everything without me asking any questions. I felt seen, heard and understood during the entire appt. When it was time for me to purchase contacts and eyeglasses, Rafael went out of his way to look for rebates and discounts to help me. This was a very pleasant experience and I will return for my future annual exams.

My experience at Visionworks in Hiram was great. I previously visited the location at Cumberland Mall and it was not great at all and I mean not at all. So much confusion with me getting my glasses to my insurance and having me to call my insurance because I was being charged when I should have not. Just a big mess and will never return to the Cumberland Mall visionworks.

Since 2018, Donna at Visionworks in Hiram has provided outstanding customer service. I was thrilled when she was promoted to store manager, and it’s clear her leadership has made a positive impact. Since her promotion, I’ve noticed a significant shift in the quality of customer service from the team.
Previously, I used to dread visiting the store due to long wait times, but now I genuinely look forward to coming in. The wait times have improved, and the staff is much more attentive and customer-focused. Donna has always been incredibly friendly, treating me like we’ve known each other for years, which makes every visit feel personal and welcoming.

The people at vision works Hiram, Georgia are various astute and courteous. Rafael seemed to go above and beyond to make sure I was a very happy customer and got what I needed. Freaking awesome dude. I also would like to say that over the past four or five years now I have worked with many of the people at Visionworks Hiram, Georgia and all of them seem to go above and beyond the call to make sure you’re happy with what you get. I didn't have to wait, everyone was friendly, Gabe was really cool. They really worked hard to make sure I had the right script. I have stigmatism and a weak left eye. They made sure I was able to see not just from both eyes together, but each individual eye. I wanted to cry, I could see again.
