I was trying to get my contact prescription from the Northpoint Visionworks location for a few days. That was always the location I went to. One person I talked to was helpful and nice, but the second person I talked to was slightly rude and unhelpful, she stated she couldn’t give me my prescription even though I should’ve been able to get it.
I called Janay at the Dunwoody store and she was extremely helpful! I was able to get my prescription without any problem and Janay went above and beyond! I will always go to this Visionworks from now on because of their customer service and ability to help customers. Janay is amazing!

This was by far the worst eye care experience I’ve had. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM but wasn’t seen until after 9:30 AM. During my visit, I was given contact lenses that didn’t fit well, and despite telling the technician that my vision wasn’t clear, she dismissed my concerns, saying that since I could see the 20/20 line, it was fine.

A few days later, I called to report continued blurry vision and was dismissed again. I requested a follow-up visit before moving to another state but was told to just wait until my eyes “settled.” Now, almost two weeks later, my vision is still blurry with these contacts, and the closest location for help is over 70 miles away.

I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I was promptly greeted. I did not have an appointment but had my prescription. I don’t think that Saturday is a good day to come here to buy glasses. There were nice glasses there but unfortunately I waited over an hour before deciding to leave. I hope that this place gets more help to tend to walk-in customers that don’t need an eye exam. Otherwise, it could be very frustrating waiting around like that. It would have even helped if I were asked would I like to schedule an appointment. Lesson learned.

P’Jean (spelling may be incorrect) has been heroic. I am from N.C., but faced a long period of cancer treatment obliging me to stay near Atlanta. We were able to order up glasses which were unique due to my cancer surgery— one working lens and one lens to cover the eye which was removed in surgery.

The team in the store came together to get me my order worked out despite confusion at the lab which is processing my order. Hopefully, my second pair will appear soon and be as satisfying as the first set of glasses.

This is the first time I've ever went to Visionworks after 33 years of wearing glasses, and it was a ridiculously AWESOME experience! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and attentive. Because I went on Saturday (I HATE taking off time from work for appointments if I can help it, and was stoked that they had Saturday appointments), I had to do a virtual eye exam, which up until today I've never heard of. There is a staff member that takes you through the gauntlet of different exams that someone needs to be there for, and at the end you do a video call with an optometrist who can remotely control the machine and can confirm on the spot your prescription, whether it's gotten better or worse, and goes over your retinal scan images with you. I'm so used to having an optometrist physically there with me, so when I found out it would be virtual because it was the weekend, I thought about leaving and was a bit perturbed that this wasn't disclosed when I scheduled my appointment, but it was an AWESOME experience, and I didn't feel that I lost any thing by not having the optometrist there with me. They have a nice selection of frames, and I was easily able to find two frames that I really liked. The customer service was absolutely PHENOMENAL from start to finish, and one of the things that blew my mind, because in 33 years of going to optometrists, this has never happened or been offered to me, they actually gave me my prescription. I have never KNOWN my prescription (other than it was REALLY strong), so this just shows their integrity, and I greatly appreciate it. I can't wait to pick up my new glasses, and I'm so glad that I found an optical that I can consistently go to every year. Oh yeah, the VSP benefits here are AWESOME! You definitely get a LOT for your money. Thank you Visionworks!

Unbelievably impressed by this location, from the staff, to the technicians, to the doctor; these are some of the nicest and most professional people I have ever encountered! Special thank you to the tech, the doctor, and glasses associate (I'm sorry about not listing the names!), as they were all absolutely wonderful! The tech made sure I felt at ease throughout, especially with my dreaded glaucoma test. And the doctor, I couldn't believe how she took the time to make sure that my new prescription wasn't going to make me dizzy and went through the sample lenses to make sure. Plus of course there's Darrell (I hope I spelled his name correctly!), who thoughtfully went through the frames helping me find the right pair and provided a smooth and seamless experience throughout. He even made sure to sit with me on the price breakdown and talked through what would work best, insurance versus promos. 5 stars from start to finish, a wonderful experience - thank you all!

OMG! I can see….literally! After struggling with my vision for years (even with contacts and regular visits), I can literally see more clearly. The staff and Dr. suggested lens that would help me read closeup and see at a distance simultaneously. GAME CHANGER! No more reading glasses. I can’t stop crying. The staff is excellent. They are friendly, professional, caring and knowledgeable. My experience from the call to schedule my appointment to the examinations were excellent. The staff worked together to provide SUPERB customer service. I felt like I was visiting family. WOW! Thank you guys!!!!❤️

Amazing experience! Eye exam went quickly and was very informative. Everyone had such a great attitude! I’m especially writing this review for the amazing help that I got working with Kijana! Kijana showed true professionalism and helped me pick some beautiful frames that really extenuates my facial features. You won’t regret going to this location!
