I’d just like to give a huge Kudos to Kyla! She took care of me during my appointment today and was extremely helpful and professional with her service. She helped me pick out two new frames for myself, alongside fixing a few of my old frames in an extremely efficient manner despite there being a crowd of people in the store! Definitely made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed, and has helped the store earn a new repeat customer!!

All the ladies working in this place seems to hate their job. They aren't smiling or greeting customers always frowning. Nor saying have a nice day. Nothing. Maybe eyeglass place isn't your calling. Go work somewhere behind the scenes not dealing with customers. Because your attitude sucks dealing with customers.

This team is amazing! They genuinely want to help every person they can. Scheduling an appointment on their website was easy and they called to confirm while giving me my copays prior to being seen. I would refer them every time.

I went in and asked for and adjustment of my glasses. I showed the lady how the frames got bent and the nose piece digs in. She proceeded to adjust my glasses and when she hands them back to me there is a big scratch on them. She acted like she didn’t see it until I said something. Now I am about blind with no glasses and could see it and she wasn’t wearing any at all. She said she asked her manager about it but there was nothing they could do. That it is just a liability. I understand accidents can happen but make it right. Now I have to buy new lenses or deal with an inch and a half scratch right in my line of vision.

Made a vision appointment at least 10 days in advance, when I showed up to my appointment my insurance had not been verified and they canceled my appointment without informing me. Visionwork blamed my insurance system for being down and them not able to verify online. Why not call the insurance to verify or why not call me the patient to inform me that my appointment needed to be changed? y Visionworks had 2 weeks to verify. They tried to get me to reschedule I refused I will be taking my money and business elsewhere. They definitely did not put the customer first in this situation. I will never use this location again.

The staff at this location was mostly a good experience. The front desk ladies did not start things out the best with loosing my husbands ID for about 10 minutes and found it in the cash drawer?! The Dr was super nice and very informative. He made sure to take his time and answer all my questions. I never once felt rushed. They Kyla was super sweet and nice. She also took her time when ordering our glasses. She made sure to go over all possible discounts we could get and make sure we were getting the best prices. I would definitely recommend this place just for the Dr. and Kyla alone!

I wanted to find an eye care provider closer to my residence than the one I had previously used at Regency. The staff here is very courteous and professional and the doctor that saw me was excellent, thoroughly explaining everything during the exam. The wait time to be seen vs the appointment time was a little long, but not unreasonable considering I had all of the new patient information to fill out ( It would be nice to somehow be able to do that online prior to arriving).
They also had a nice selection of frames and lens options. I don’t use contacts so I can’t speak to that, but I’m very much looking forward to getting my new glasses in a few weeks.
Overall my first experience at Visionworks was very pleasant compared to others I’ve used.
