Exam was super quick and easy! The Dr. answered every question I had with patience and explained everything thoroughly. Angel and Dustin were kind and accommodating. Both deserve a raise.

It was convenient and easy to make an appointment with a doctor. The eye exam was quick and comfortable. The store has a huge selection of frames for glasses. I doubted which one to choose, but the manager helped me decide on the choice. In addition, I received a free pair of lenses for 1 month and a solution for lenses. Thank you for the wonderful work!

The black guy with the locs helping me with my benefits and thoroughly explaining everything to me was immaculate. He's is the only reason I am giving a good rating. Other then that I feel as if the cleanliness of the examination room need to be improved . The contraption I had to put my face on was disgusting and had other peoples hair and dirt on it. The seat did not look clean either . Everyone was nice and professional . They just really need to work on sanitizing in between clients .

The doctor attended to me within five minutes! The associates took care to answer the specific questions I had about lens enhancements and didn’t make me feel like a bother; one of them even remembered a pair of glasses I was interested in MONTHS ago and brought them out. I found super cute and chic Black frames and I’m so excited to return to pick them up.

Visionworks in the Galleria is a good example of customer service done right. Frank Forest II, the Optical Supervisor, is helpful, knowledgeable, and treats you like a person. He always helps with a smile. Visionworks takes VSP and many other kinds of vision insurance. When we did not have insurance Frank suggested we pay for an individual plan and then cancel after a month to get a good price on an exam and new glasses since my daughter needed new lenses and the warranty had passed. Frank will save us money. He is attentive and figures out how to quickly resolve problems. I was not impressed with the eye doctor the last time I had my eye exam but Frank deserves a raise!

The first time I went here two years ago, not only was the staff races. They were incompetent as well as the eye Doctor Who prescribed me a pair of glasses that I couldn’t even see through. Fast forward to this week I get a notification telling me that I need to hurry up and use my insurance benefits before this year is up so I made an appointment and I brought my old glasses with me, the doctor took me to the back examination to the front and a pair of glasses. He didn’t explain anything to me what he seen with my eyes was wrong with them or nothing. I even brought my old pair glasses with me to show them because I paid extra money frames nothing was explained to me very bad poor physician and I would recommend you stay far away from this place. You’ve been warmed

On my 1st visit, no 'good mornings' from staff once seated, except for the person checking you in. On my 2nd visit to get my new glasses, the store wasn't open at 10 as posted, and I could only wait 10 minutes as i was in a hurry but in the neighborhood. Still have to go back. Otherwise, 👍🏽

I would definitely recommend Visionworks in the Galleria! The professionalism and courtesy are unmatched! All my questions were answered and when I left I felt secure in knowing I knew what I needed! Thank you Frank you were great!
