The staff here was very patient, polite, thorough and friendly. I enjoyed talking with Dr. Robertson, the optometrist, whose name I forgot and the lady who finalized my glasses.

The only problem was that the wait time was excessive, but I was informed by the last lady why there was a wait even without me asking.

The wait time is the only reason they got one less star. Otherwise, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

Can’t wait to get my beautiful new glasses.

The staff did a phenomenal job and took great care of me from entering the facility to the exams and the overall examination with the doctor. Glad to have worked with a customer service driven team of African Americans that know the value of service! I recommend this store to any and everyone! Happy Holidays!

My experience with Cali was so warm and caring she explained how to make a decision that was perfect for me and smiled the whole time and she really did a phenomenal job. My experience with the store was perfectly well. I've had experiences with other employees that was also very good. I can tell others that they have taken good care of me and I want to give others the same experience as I did. ?

All in all this is a pretty good location for customer service and to see a very thorough ophthalmologist that cares about your eyes and also teaches you how to actually pick out your frames. The only thing I would change is the young rep that set up my order for my new glasses was on his phone a lot. He was not very talkative nor informative other than asking me “do you want something new on your glasses?” ‍♀️ For the most part I enjoyed my visit which only took about an hour from start to finish.

They take too many appointments at one time. The service at the front desk with the younger girl was ok gave her a star for that. However the two older ladies was on the phone ignoring the customers.The doctor just walks right past you without even a hello or illl be right wth you, deporable. Typical for this location. We waited over an hour and counting, not a word after chek in.

Awful ? customer service! I’m had a 12:15 pm appointment and I will never return to this place. These people (two gals in front and 1 guy) act like they don’t want to be at work…no greetings, on cellphones while helping customers, zero cordiality, etc.) I’m not sure who the doctor is and of course they all are black (unfortunately)! It really be us!! Sad ?

And then one of the girls, Mariah (nastiest one) tells me it’s a Tele Doc appointment. Really!! Where is the optometrist? How am I paying my VSP excessive insurance premiums for an administrative assistant/receptionist and (with an attitude) to do my annual eye exams and to write a prescription. ? What is really going on at Visionworks!

Then Steve Urkel looking guy (5 ft 2in tall) proceeds to tell me in addition to my co pay I have at $50 out of pocket contact lenses fitting. I get an exam annually and formerly at Pearl Vision and never remember paying more than a $10 co pay? No case given for my trial contact lenses or solution!

The energy is so bad in this place that after awhile you just feel like let me get the heck out of here! I am in staffing if the manager at this location needs me to find you some professional staff that has great customer service because you need to get rid of the whole team!!

The best location I have visited is located in the Stonecrest Mall the staff are polite and professional I have been to other locations but this is where I get that White Gloves Service also they value your time and give you the best money saving options for you glasses and overall health care. The team is amazing
