I had my regular eye exam at VisionWorks at Town Center, last Thursday, November 14, 2024. That was an excellent experience, I recommended it. On the Front Desk, Alex very nice, and technician Diana, very funny, nice and professional. I had a great impression about Dr. Natalie, very good doctor, she explained with patience every question and try to help from the real heart. She is an example of what the Drs should be. Thanks all, and thanks God for it.

Changed this review from 2 stars to 4 stars because of the follow-up from the location's manager. The manager took the time to listen to my complaints and make right the seemingly unfair business practice. I appreciated her quick response, follow-up and action.

I came here, switching from my usual eye doctor, at the recommendation of a friend. The doctor was friendly. One staff member was wonderfully helpful but the rest were business and not friendly. My fault, but I didn't realize until after the exams that they don't take regular health insurance, which would normally pay for an eye exam and give discounts on eyeglasses. Glasses were horribly expensive. And, unless you add more money and pay for an extended warranty, scratch resistant does not mean anything. I have been deeply disappointed in my switch to Visionworks at Town Center.

Managed to schedule my eye exam same day and it was very quick and simple. Their associate Paige helped me find a pair of glasses I liked and was very friendly.

Excellent customer service, especially from Kay. I brought in an outside prescription, and Kay was extremely knowledgeable about getting the measurements correct, which is especially important in my case since my eyes don't work together. This makes a big difference in measuring pupillary distance, which Kay recognized. She was also really helpful in adjusting the fit of the glasses after they arrived. Who knew that the smallest bend in how the glasses fit around the face would make a difference in how the prescription works? Well, Kay knew. Very satisfied customer.
