This has been the best eye care place I have ever had in my 50 years of wearing glasses. All of the staff and the doctor were amazing!! I actually had fun being there! Great place, great atmosphere and a great team at the Pooler GA location. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. I also loved the choice of glasses and how they were organized by shapes. It was a fun shopping day!! They have a patient for life! Thank you Pooler!!

My husband and I both had appointments on the same day back to back. Neither of us had to wait long at all. Everyone in the office was just so nice. They explained everything that they were doing an why. After the exam the Dr went over everything in detail. She was very specific to. Picking frames was simple as well. They have lots of choices. This will be where we go for Eye health from now on. If you are looking for a great place go to Vision Works-Pooler Ga.

The Visionworks customer service was just impeccable. The optometrist and technicians were very knowledgeable and just a joy to talk with. I had not one, but two, incorrect prescriptions from my Ophthalmologist. Finally, I decided to have VisionWorks do a third exam and that solved the problem! My 100 day guarantee covered the three sets of lenses that needed to be made and I ended up with office/reading bifocals, transitions for all other use, and a pair of progressive sunglasses, all of which work perfectly. And never even a hint of irritation or frustration from any of the several ladies who helped me through the process.

I really wish I could remember the Optometrist name that seen me about 6mths ago! She probably saved my life. I had been in there before and seen other Dr's and explained the issues that I'd been having and they never figured it out. Once I seen her she knew exactly what it was - it was an 80% blockage in my left corid artery. Today I'm healing from having an Corotid endarterectomy! Thank you ! So yes I do recommend them!

My doctor was awesome, she took the time to timely explain the findings of my eye exam so I could understand. I would certainly recommend Visionworks to my coworkers and family.
