Vision Works is the place to go for your glasses. I had forgotten that I had vision ins on my ins plan. Had they not asked me I would have spent over $500 more on my glasses. They are caring and very helpful. I used them in Florida and now that we've been here in Ga. Great place. Great people. Go to Vision Works on Watson in Warner Robins.

I was having a hard time ordering contact lenses on the website and called the WR location for assistance. Jamie was phenomenal. She placed the order for me and sent me the tracking number. The day the contacts were to arrive, the mail lady put them in a mailbox 4 houses down (we did not know this at the time). I called Jamie to see where they were shipped from so that I could open a ticket with USPS. Jamie provided the information and offered to give us a 10 days supply since my daughter was completely out. She was so helpful and kind. Great customer service! Thank you, Jamie!

I had never had a telehealth visit with an eye doctor before, but it wasn't really different than them being in the office. The rest of the office was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They made sure we were confident and happy with our choices.

The staff made us feel like they WANTED to help. So professional and fast. From the first call to them I knew we were in good hands. The lady at the desk was so concerned and caring. So glad we found a good eye doctor for our family. Chris is also so awesome in store and so knowledgeable. He sets the tone for sure.

I've been to a few visionworks. This time.
They were wonderful. My glasses weren't perfect so I called and spoke to Jamie and she encouraged me to come back when it was convenient. I was greeted when I arrived. My questions were immediately answered. And they stood by their guarantee.

The Doctor was kind, welcoming, and helpful so I’ll start there.
However the Front desk team is where I ran into 95% of the problem. It started with them misreading my insurance and debating me about what is clearly listed as my coverage. Once the insurance company was contacted and I was verified correct- the front desk continued on in their attitude and tone of condescendence and error. I was quoted a price for glasses where the sales woman had opted to add several unnecessary and costly upgraded features ( who wants polarization AND upgraded transition AND whatever else on glasses I specified were for nights and reading? Do we wear ultra polarized sunglasses indoors at night to read?) to the fully-covered glasses without my consent or knowledge and attempted to present those upgraded features as necessary and non-negotiable. I had to ask for a print out of an itemized receipt and compare it to my printed EOB (this copy was even from the front desk!) to see that they were attempting to over charge and over bill me and my insurance.
The prescription I was provided at the completion of service was incomplete and lacked information necessary for purchasing glasses elsewhere.
In the end I opted to only get the exam and take my business somewhere more honest and transparent for purchasing contacts and glasses as the front desk proved multiple times that fraud was their preference.

Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Easy and quick visit. My appointment time was met promptly and they had plenty of frames to choose from. I can't wait for my new glasses to come in.
