Great experience! I felt taken care of from beginning to end - helpful suggestions while searching for the frames that screamed me, friendly pre-screening tests, the eye doctor was thorough and kind, and finally, my perfect glasses!!! The staff is very professional and fast. Dr. Mulder is very insightful and caring and has found perfect prescriptions for me. At the last minute, the manager, Janel was able to switch my appointment through their large range of hours (even on the day before Thanksgiving!). The glasses selection is very large and I was able to fit a great pair of glasses no problem (and I'm picky!). I'm glad to have found a great and dependable eye doctor!

I had never been to Vision Works until this week. The first night I stopped by Doug waited on me and gave me his opinion on the eyeglasses I tried on. He was very patient and professional. I narrowed my choices to three pair. I was wearing down for the day so he said he would keep them for me until I came in the next day. When I returned the next day Doug was not there but Janel was. Janel helped me as I tried on more glasses and compared to the ones they put away. I finally chose a frame and was ready to go.. Both Doug and Janel were great. Normally you don’t get people who really want to help and are that patient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for eyeglasses. They had a great selection and they were great in helping me find the best pair for me. Kathy

I had an amazing experience at this location and I was nervous because I haven't seen an eye doctor for three years. Janel was so sweet and helped me find a great pair of glasses and sunglasses (that I wasn't intending to get but they were a great deal). The doctor was sweet and took her time to make sure she got the right prescription. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know needs a check up.

Brittney got me started on the phone by helping me figure out what my insurance plans covered and making an appointment for me. Then when I arrived Alex was very pleasant and professional in getting me set for the exam. Brittney had done more leg work for me before I arrived, so all the details of my insurance coverage was printed out waiting for me. Dr. (Sorry - can't remember her name!) was very kind, patient and an excellent teacher during the eye exam.
Then Brittney and Alex stepped up again with their enthusiastic service and guided me effectively through the process of choosing frames. This was no easy task, but they didn't flinch as they honed down my preferences and presented frames that I might like.
Honestly, I used to buy my glasses ONLINE because the process of buying glasses was so treacherous. But I had not been to VisionWorks and I had not had Brittney and Alex to guide me through the process. Icing on the cake? ...my glasses here cost HALF as much as my online purchases!

The staff at the West County Center Visionworks saved my big day. When my last pair of contacts (with very high astigmatism and long order period, since they need to be custom) ripped just weeks before my wedding, they worked their hardest to find a brand that would deliver a pair within a short time frame. They even communicated with the contact manufacturing company on my behalf! The Visionworks staff went above and beyond, reassuring me with status updates on the contacts and sending me off with a comfortable pair - no glasses or glare in my photos! I will definitely be back!

Everyone was so helpful and patient! I ordered glasses and then went in later that day to get the frames on the order changed and they were really nice about it, made no fuss and it was super easy. Plus glasses are guaranteed by 10 business days after ordering them, which is low key ? like ? amazing? When I’ve ordered progressives before they took 3 to 6 weeks to arrive. So excited to come back in and pick up my new glasses... thank you!
