All of the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They were all very knowledgeable, and helped me get the best deal by informing me of their different discounts. They took their time and were very thorough to ensure that I left with what I needed. I had a 45 minute drive to get there, but it was well worth it. In the past, I have paid other optometrist offices way more and received poor service. That was not the case with Vision Works, and they will be my go to from now on. You can’t beat the price and excellent customer service!

I went to the vision place at Zona Rosa as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I had already made an appointment. They asked me to just wait until the doctor was ready. The doctor was on time I was early. He greeted me and we discussed what I needed out of my vision he informed me what I needed to do and what I could do over all the experience was very pleasant and quick. The lady that ended up doing the paperwork at the end was very kind and Courtesy overall everybody that I saw did Excellent job the scores are only one through 5 five being the best I give them a 10

This was my first visit and I was able to make a same day apt. The 2 ladies up front were very kind and helpful with my insurance questions. The Dr took a personal interest with me and shared information about my contacts that no other dr had in the past 20 years. Everyone was very welcoming and and I was in and out in no time. I am definitely making this my new eye place!

Everyone was very nice to me. The doctor was very nice and explained everything to me. He listened to my concerns. The girls I worked with were sweet and informative Becca at the front desk thoroughly checked my insurance coverage and helped me get the most from it. She was especially nice starting from the first time I entered through the front door. 🚪 Great place to go

Staff was actually unhelpful. I ended up getting glasses here only to be given “all the bells and whistles” due to my insurance whatever that means. I wanted transitions in the new line with several colors but was told that that isn’t a thing (it is) . So i got grey transitions and whatever was put into my lenses by the lady working.
Cut forward to two weeks later, they come in and the first time i swing by to pickup when they are semi busy. The lady at the front says “its gonna be about ten minutes” i dont have ten minutes at that time so i opt to come back.
Upon my return. The most standoffish guy i have EVER met is working. Everything I say is just met with an “okay i guess” or an “if you want” just not a good experience. My glasses are mostly correct but the customers service just is not it. Will not be returning.

I have been seeing Dr. Davenport for years, and he is always pleasant and caring and takes his time to explain things and show me my eye photos. The front desk eye tech that I saw on 12/28/24 helped me with my prescription and was very pleasant and helpful.

It was fast, efficient, and very friendly. The staff made us feel comfortable, but never rushed. If we had questions, no matter how crazy, they were patient and answered them with kindness. We really enjoyed our experience
