I needed a favor as the nose pads on two separate pairs of sunglasses had fallen off. Although I hadn't purchased either pair of sunglasses at Visual Eyes of Boca (and had never been to their store), I walked in and spoke with Rebecca and Trish who were working that morning. They shared with me that Visual Eyes of Boca didn't carry the brands of glasses for which I needed repair, but said with confidence, "we'll make it work". After some persistent trial and error with various nose pads, they did "make it work"... and at no charge! Wow, great customer service... I now have a new "go-to optometrist" store in Boca!

My husband and I have been coming to David Costa for over 3 years now and he is the only one we absolutely trust with our glasses. I have prisms which adds an extra level of complexity and he always narrows down the best frames to accommodate this. He also pointed me in the right direction to Dr. Zayed to get the appropriate prism Rx. His customer service is second to none.

I have been going here with my family for over 5 years and have always had a great experience. I scheduled an appointment right after my maternity leave and I guess my insurance showed it was not valid. Okay, can you double check because it shows active on my end but I’ll pay the out of pocket and get it reimbursed if not. The front desk reception (large young woman) looks at me with annoyance. It will be $258 if you pay out of pocket. Okay? Then all of the other women at the front desk start looking at me up and down as if I’m what, unable to pay. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. I don’t know when the staffing changed but the reception I received and the lack of respect from your front desk is not okay. I left. I love the company but I’ll go to your sister company at BocaView Optical where I can still get quality service.

Absolutely love the Dr and girls who work in the front. Going to pick up my super cute gucci prescription today. Everyone here is a pleasure. I have to laugh at some of the negative reviews. The one about social distancing from 2 years ago really had me dying laughing. Either way, I would love to complement the staff at Visual Eyes. This is my second experience with them and both times they gave me great service and I love the trendy selection!!

Wonderful experience at Visual Eyes Mizner Park. I was a walk-in (no appointment), but I was nonetheless helped immediately by Mr. David Costa, whom I found to be most polite and helpful. I brought in a pair of Celine sunglasses, a brand that is not sold by the store, for adjustment. However, Mr. Costa was happy to help, and quickly and proficiently performed the service. When I queried as to the outstanding balance, I was informed that the service was complimentary. I offered to pay, but was refused. As based on this most exemplary service, I fully intend to return and make a purchase within the next 6-12 months.

I had an amazing experience, and ended up purchasing three pair of eyeglasses. David Costa has high standards and took great care of me. He is the master of his craft, from helping me choose my frames to making sure they fit perfectly. I have gotten so many compliments on the glasses he recommended. The staff, especially Rebecca and the front desk team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was due for new glasses for work, and navigating insurance and benefits can be a headache. Rebecca took the time to work with me one-on-one to find the perfect frames and lenses that fit both my budget and my needs. Having that personal touch made a huge difference!!
