We have had an exceptional experience at Visual Eyes Optometry. Dr Kim is fantastic, and her staff is amazing, we cannot thank them enough. Our daughter has shown tremendous improvement in her eye condition thanks to all the efforts of this amazing team. They are very friendly, professional and great with kids. We have had such a pleasant experience and would recommend this practice to everyone.

Dr. Kim is fabulous!!! After five other medical specialists told me there was nothing to be done about my chronic headaches, she identified that my binocular vision had become unstable and prescribed NeuroLens glasses. Headaches dropped from about 10 waking hrs a day to just two! I am back to work full time. She literally helped me avoid brain surgery — I have an aneurysm — because although the aneurysm was small, if it was causing the headaches, surgery was a possibility. Dr. Kim found the true cause of my headaches. Sooo grateful.

Just had my annual eye exam; Dr Kim is amazing. She takes the time to explain what’s going on with your eyes, and discusses options.

We highly recommend Dr. Kim and her entire staff! Six months ago Dr. Kim evaluated and diagnosed my son with a vision function disorder called Convergence Insufficiency. To put it simply, Convergence Insufficiency means that his eyes never met in the middle causing double vision. My son began an intensive 6 month program with Dr. Kim and her team to help him recover. With lots of guidance, hard work and determination my son was able to “graduate” from the therapy program recently. It has been life changing! The impact this will have on my son’s life is immeasurable and we are filled with gratitude to Dr. Kim and her staff. My son has already seen tremendous improvements in school. He’s gone from working extremely hard to earn Cs on his report card to As. He now enjoys activities like riding his bike even asked to start playing sports which his vision interfered with previously. Most importantly is seeing his confidence grow throughout this whole experience. We know there is still work is not done so that he can improve skills like writing and reading, but can’t wait to see where he soars to next! Thanks you Dr. Kim, Cassie, Savannah and all the great staff members who genuinely cared to help my child and change the course of his life.

I’ve been at Visial Eyes for years and Dr. Kim and her staff has always been top notch. Dr. Kim noticed I had an issue with my retina and she referred me to a specialist and they noticed a small tear. Detached retina is not easy to recover from and she saved it from happening!
