The people who work here are honest and hard working people! And they will do anything to help their costumers!
We were looking for a supplement for my nephew, and unfortunately they were out of stock in the store.

The lady asked my phone number, because she would contact her provider for it, and call me back to tell me if she got it. In the next day, she called me, telling that unfortunately her provider didn’t have any to deliver asap, but she provided me information that another store might have it. She wasn’t gonna profit giving that information, because I was gonna by from her competitor, but she knew she help benefit a child!

It's been 3 years since my initial review .... see just below. (Google doesn't allow me to do a new /seperate review. So I had to piggyback on my prior one.)

Visited Vitamin Emporium many times since my first review. ALL still holds true. AND they are celebrating their 20th year anniversary! They clearly are doing things right. I met with Jason this past visit. Really nice guy. Of course, knowledgeable! (He's been in the industry for over 10 years.) I'm in my early 50's and had concerns about getting proper nutrition with a multi vitamin, enough calcium for bones and issues with menopause. He addressed these issues and made some great recommendations based on my budget. I was more than confident with my purchase! I'll be back again soon! Best ..... C.

I cannot begin to tell you how many times I walked by this store. One day, I decided to finally visit. Glad I did! I was taken back by how much product (and amazing options of each) Vitamin Emporium carried. I was greeted immediately by a really nice and incredibly knowledgeable woman, Sandra. I take a few vitamins regularly, and have taken other supplements in the past; many of which are stocked at Vitamin Emporium. I also did a price comparison; as I often buy on line. In some cases Vitamin Emporium was cheaper or equal in price. Amazingly, they had a ton of product that is on sale. You'll find various deals on an every day basis. With that being said, I often try to support local businesses while making sure it is cost effective for me. Vitamin Emporium is a place I'll be sure to visit again ... and again!

I visited this store yesterday, August 9th, and I am still baffled at how my boyfriend and I were treated. I came in with a list of about 6-7 supplements that we needed, and upon asking the clerk Janet a couple questions, we were given the rudest response I have ever gotten in a retail setting. Specifically, I asked about an antioxidant blend, which was recommended to me by my holistic doctor. Her response was to look at me as if I asked her the most heinous question possible, and she proceeded to rattle off about how vitamin C is an antioxidant in the most condescending tone.

We decided to leave immediately without purchasing anything and headed over to the Vitamin Shoppe on Lyons, where we were treated so much better.

Oh and the kicker is I went home and did some research and very quickly found a "Super Antioxidants" supplement by Now, which I purchased on Amazon. Please consider shopping with Vitamin Shoppe or Amazon before stepping foot in this store, where clearly they need to brush up on their knowledge of their product.
