My 15yr old daughter liked everything about it. As a father I found the business to be well maintained inside and out. From the receptionist when you enter and leave were wonderful. Very kind and all smiles. The nurses and Doctor were true professionals, kind, reassuring, and uplifting. Very caring and they take the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions. Extremely pleased with our visit.

My son has been a patient with Volusia Pediatrics for about 10 years. At that time, we were very happy patient/clients. Unfortunately, the last 3 years has been a spiral. IF they are able to get my children in for sick visits, they often are accompanied with hour long waits - which isn't much longer than scheduled appointment waits. I have waited for 45 mins for a doctor, in an exam room, for a scheduled well child visit with a baby they made me undress. They constantly overbook their appointments and it is the children and parents that have to wait. Dr. Garcia can be great, but the changes this office has undergone have definitely been for the worse, and today I received an email from their new, NEW management company that all calls will go to a call center to "make the patient experience better", which we all know it certainly will not. If you have endless patience and only one child (so you don't need multiple appointments for multiple children on the same day) then this is the place for you!

Ann and the staff at Volusia Pediatrics have been absolutely amazing with my son. They are so good with him and being a new parent they make me feel comfortable. They address all my questions and concerns. They are pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

You guys have really dropped the ball on taking care of your patients since the switch. I was excited because I had a a great experience previously with Pediatric Associates. Your front desk staff is needs more training your new system, took me forever to checkout last time I was in. Then my son’s wellness check was CANCELLED without anyone notifying me and when I called to check no one could tell me what happened or why I wasn’t contacted. Then I was offered a new appointment over 6 weeks out. They recently renovated the office but my god the treatment rooms are TINY. I have twins and it’s a pain the butt getting a double stroller in there. The rooms are sized for 1 child and 1 adult.

Volusia Pediatrics is just the best. We have been seeing Dr. Garcia for over 7 years and can’t say enough good things. The same day sick appts have saved us from urgent care + ER trips. We are so grateful for them.

I love this place. I got my daughter looked at super quick and to the point. The doctor (Garcia) comes in and checks on my daughter and she made a quick diagnosis and tells me which medication to give my daughter and has been just great ever since. I love this place and this is truly a doctors office to check out for your child to be good to go.

Wonderful office, been using them since my son was born, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, when they first switched to no cash I didn’t get that notice and that’s all I had and they were very polite about it and worked with me, they are in and out but also take the time to answer any questions and concerns you have we have dr Garcia she’s wonderful we’ve seen a few of the other drs when needed for a same day visit when Dr Garcia wasn’t available and all the drs are great be try much recommend this office
