I needed to get a prescription filled that I had just gotten from Emory Decatur Hospital. I had no idea there was a pharmacy so close. I was able to walk in and get it filled with no problem. They were very friendly and helpful.

My experience was Horrible, the worst customer service I have ever received at a pharmacy. The staff were both unprofessional and inconsiderate.Without provocation, they purposely did not fill my prescription. On Friday they called and said my medication was out of stock until the end of the month. I transferred it to another pharmacy in hopes of getting it sooner but was unsuccessful. I stop on Monday around 11:30 am and the person tell me they have it in, she tells me that it will be ready around 4 pm because they have to transfer it back. At 3:30 I call to make sure it's ready and the person tells me that not only is not ready but I might not be able to get it. She said that the pharmacist hasn't had time to call and get it transferred back, it could take up to 72 hours and it's first come first serve. The pharmacist was no help either, she stated that the person I saw earlier gave me the wrong information because she doesn't usually work up front and that she wouldn't be able to call today to get it transferred. I had my doctor's send in another prescription and this store still did not fill it.

I’ve had great experiences at this location despite feeling like breaking a rule every time I park in front to quickly go grab my meds. Shoutouts to Sajal who is a pleasure to work with to make sure I have co-pay cards and not over pay for meds. Thanks!

I believe her name is Dina Collins but omg what an amazing human being she is! She helped me to save on a necessary medication. I am so grateful for her presence at this pharmacy. She even called me back to tell me which pharmacy within the Walgreens family had the best price for the VERY expensive medication that I needed. I am so happy to have worked with her. Thank you. Please give her employee of the year. Amazing customer support!!

Drive thru service at this location is horrible. When I come to pick up my mother’s medication I’ve waited 30 plus minutes. I’m writing this review from the drive thru as we speak. A car has driven off and other cars behind me are honking. It’s always a bad experience. I’m just gonna go inside or have it delivered by mail.

Stood there with two staff at the window, one sitting, the other on the pc. The sitting got up and walked in the room right behind the desk on my left. The one on the computer still on the computer, I stood there for another few minutes. At least 3-4 min and was NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED. So I decide to leave and still NO ONE ASKED ME HOW COULD THEY HELP, no hello i will be right with you. NOT 1 word from their mouths. I’ll take my business else where

This is by far the best Walgreens in the Atlanta area. Sadly, the process of getting even life-sustaining monthly prescriptions from various Atlanta area Walgreens has become very difficult and frustrating. I always have to build-in about 2 weeks from first requesting the prescription to finally getting it (even with auto-refill) - with many calls, wait times, untruths in-between. It has become such a mentally painful process. However, that is not the case at this location. Respectful, courteous, understanding, encouraging, timely...all the good things! I am so relieved and appreciative. You have no idea what a relief it is to have your location as an option.
