The customer service and overall atmosphere was so welcoming and positive. I felt incredibly grateful as I have never had glasses before. My first eye exam as an adult was the day previous.

I spent an hour start to finish....eye exam and new prescription eyeglasses as well as sunglasses. The optometrist, Dr.Conklin was incredibly professional and intuitive to present a solution to an ongoing health issue and made it a welcome idea to return if not helpful.
The stores staff was courteous and efficient. I walked out with smashing new glasses which will compliment anything I consider wearing ☺️.
No fuss no muss., win / win.

Ordered a pair of glasses from this location and it was a pretty awesome experience. The glasses I’ve ordered here were relatively less expensive than a pair from another optometrist with insurance.
Additionally, the glasses arrived earlier than expected and have pretty spectacular build quality.
I recommend this location if you like inexpensive and high quality glasses

EYE EXAM: Had an eye exam here. Told the eye doctor I was seeing double with the prescription he gave me (which has never happened in my 16 years of glasses) he said to give my eyes time to adjust. Waited a couple weeks as the glasses box said and eventually eyes went single vision. 3 months later I was seeing double without any vision prescription use at all. 5 eye doctors later, an MRI and over $600 in medical bills from the threat of a brain tumor, everyone decided my 2 weeks straight of double vision was caused by an unbalanced prescription given at this location. Never again.

It really is the Spirit Airlines of eyeglasses. In store experience and purchase was good....but after that... the lenses gets 1 star. Terrible quality control. TWO mistakes (across two different pair) with lens production and then all the back and forth just left me saying Never again.

DONT RECOMMEND
dr is super nice and he gets a star. But I ordered over 300 dollars worth of contacts and then my glasses over 400 dollars …. My glasses chipped in the first week and my vision was still super blurry with my contacts and glasses .. doctor checked my eyes again and changed my prescription , order me new glasses to replace them with the new script HOWEVER NOW IM OUT over 300 dollars because they won’t refund me or change out my contacts for my new prescription just because the original packaging is open and I used ONE pair during my first week. Wish they would have mentioned that during my appt and when I ordered them or else I wouldn’t have even bothered spending so damn much and went else where !!!
THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME TO TRY THEM AND SEE HOW THEY FEEL . How am I suppose to do that without opening the damn box ?! How dumb!!!!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Very patient with my indecisive self and they cleaned and sanitized a hundred or so frames I had tried on. The optician was also very personable and made me feel at ease. Their return policy is reasonable and customer service is great. My husband and I both drive from out of town to get our glasses here. Highly recommend!
