Great place to shop for eye wear! Highly recommend! After talking to my optician and getting an estimate at my doc's office I decided to check out Warby Parker. Consumer advocate Clark Howard listed it as one of his top recommendations for places to buy eyeglasses and save money. I've never worn glasses, just contacts, so I needed help selecting them. I brought my Rx to the E. Cobb location and worked with Saxony, who was super helpful in selecting several frames/colors for me to try on! The store is well lit and has a huge selection of great looking frames. I took advantage of their 'buy 2 discount', and bought regular glasses and rx sunglasses. The email follow up and delivery from Warby was excellent. Their exchange/return policy is outstanding! I'm very happy with my glasses...and extremely pleased with the quality, selection, styles, price, and customer service. They actually made buying glasses a fun, positive experience!

I had an incredible experience at this store, thanks to Dior. As someone from the UK here in GA for work until the new year, I wasn't planning to make a purchase—just comparing options—but Dior's exceptional service changed that. He guided me through the entire process of buying glasses and contacts quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, making it feel like home.

I ended up buying one pair of distance glasses, two pairs of sunglasses, and a three-month supply of contacts! Dior's professionalism and friendliness were truly impressive; I even called my husband back in the UK to share my experience, and now he wants to shop here too. I highly recommend this store and appreciate all of Dior's help. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at this location!

I went in to ask about a pair of glasses that were delivered recently where the lenses were not cut correctly from the factory.

Jameson was quick to welcome me into the store and they were super friendly and listened to my concerns about the weird positioning of the lenses.

Then they took it upon themself to double check my prescription, and found that my pupils were not focused on the lens properly. And not just a little bit.

I had ordered the pair at a location in birmingham, AL, so no fault on this store. I can only say thank you for your help!

What a wonderful experience! The entire experience was amazing! They were so friendly & helpful & was so patient with me! Dior was soooo kind and really helped me feel comfortable. The Dr was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice! So glad they could accommodate me on a Sunday!

I have bought my glasses at Warby Parker for the past few years and love it! However, an employee at this location was extremely condescending. My perscription in their system had expired and I was unable to buy the glasses without that. He told me I could do it online and then they send the glasses once they have that information, very reasonable. No issue there.

When I asked a simple question about the reasoning for the expiration for the perscription, he became condescending. Asked me how long ago I had an eye exam. When I said I could not recall (note: I grew overstimulated due to his poor behavior and the packed store), his body language and response made me feel stupid and was disrespectful. He ignored my own body language that showed how his behavior made me uncomfortable and anxious.

I ultimately left after having no other workers there offering help and being disrespected by him and his refusal to answer the question about the experation of my perscription.

I will continue shopping at Warby Parker but not at this location. Luckily there are multiple locations at this area where customers will not be disrespected and treated with condescention. I was able to figure out how to reenter my perscription online and ordered the glasses I wanted. It is a great shame this location would allow someone who berates and disrespects customers to work at this location.
