Warby Parker customer service knocks it out of the park every time. The team at the Bergen St store is so well trained, so professional, and so kind. I just had another great experience with the call center team after my 8 year old broke his glasses and needed new frames ASAP. Since I’ve been wearing my glasses more often, I needed a new pair! I was impressed with the service provided! Nasaiba was extremely helpful at this location! Not only is she a licensed optician, but she was also able to let me know the styles and shapes that went well with my face shape. I can’t wait to receive my new glasses! 🤓

I cannot thank Nasaiba enough for helping me and my mother! She took her time with us, made sure we were comfortable with our choice of opticals and sunglasses, and was very precise with everything. She explained information very clearly from her recommendations of glasses to explaining our insurances. She was polite, patient, and her positive energy. We were lucky to have her assistance!

The absolute rudest and most unpleasant staff I have ever encountered. I rarely write bad reviews, but I just could not leave with such a horrendous experience and not warn others. I went in with my son’s broken glasses. We have purchased at least 8 pairs of glasses from Warby Parker so we are regulars. I asked to purchase the same exact pair so that we could simply move the lenses over. They checked, but didn’t have them in stock. I asked if they could please check inventory at other stores and they said “no it’s not accurate.” I said can you call? And they said no there aren’t any phones. So I said no problem, even if it’s not completely accurate let’s just see which stores have them in stock. My son is young and we couldn’t wait for them to be shipped. The employee was so upset and rolled his eyes. Grabbed his computer and checked another location. He said they have one left. I said great can you also check Williamsburg? He let out a big sigh, rolled his eyes and didn’t respond. Another employee was behind me hovering also making comments like he was annoyed. There were NO other customers in the store. It only takes about 3 seconds to check. I could not believe how rude they were being about the request. It made me so uncomfortable. I would highly advise a manager to take a look at any video to check out what I experienced. I was there on Friday 1/24 at approximately 11:00am. Somewhere around that time. These employees should not be interacting with customers.

This was beyond a 5 star experience! The optician Nasaiba, and another gentleman helped me pick out a pair of glasses that best fits my face. They were both incredibly helpful and patient. Highly recommend coming to this store due to the staff.

I went into the store to have my sunglasses adjusted. The optician Nasaiba adjusted them for me. She is an asset to your store. She was friendly, courteous and professional. I hope that she is being compensated for her work appropriately.
