Exceptional service! Visiting from out of town and my glasses broke. It's very hard to find suitable frames due to my facial features and had no hope whatsoever of finding anything when my son suggested that we pay the Birkdale Village branch a visit. The staff were exceptionally helpful. I was able to find the one pair of frames that actually complimented my face shape! They made all arrangements for a new pair of glasses and had them shipped to my out of state address. Hearing that my present lenses were only 7 weeks old, one of the staff began a project of his own. He found a frame that they no longer used that fit my lenses, put them into the frame providing me with a spare set of glasses. It was so pro-active, kind and skilled that I cried. Two pair of glasses in one day. Tell me, where do you find that type of kindness/service that operates on the Golden Rule? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you? Birkdale Village, that's where. Thank you.

My experience at Warby Parker was wonderful. The young gentleman who helped me pick out my glasses was exceptionally helpful from beginning to end. He was knowledgable about the products and what glasses would work better with what lenses. Even if you are not buying the lenses through them you can buy the glasses and they treat you no differently. I will now be a forever Warby Parker customer, especially this location.

Fantastic experience from setting the appointment, the eye exam, selecting glasses, and checking out. The staff at this store is excellent. Dr. Harrison is personable, thorough, and made me feel relaxed for my first eye exam. The pricing was reasonable (less than expected) and the selection of glasses was extensive. Warby Parker will definitely be my go-to for any future eye exams and eyewear.

I visited the Warby Parker store in Birkdale Village today and the store was beautiful, the people who assisted me were knowledgeable in helping me find appropriate frames, and kind. Kindness is important, and not that easy to find. I enjoyed shopping there and I will return.

This store is in the center area at Birkdale Village (not where Apple Map showed it to be). Warby Parker is welcoming, clean, fresh, and looks high end, but it is really affordable. There were many styles to choose from. The associates are very relaxed and calm. Alaina was wonderful and I enjoyed having her help me! The other associate was awesome too! I felt very comfortable browsing around. I showed them a picture of a Michael Kors frame and I was directed to a similar frame. I quickly found a frame that I loved and the purchasing process was fast and hassle-free. I left feeling happy this store was my first (and last) stop and I didn’t have to spend a ton of money. The frames are VERY affordable and there are MANY choices. Also I read that they donate glasses to those in need when you purchase your glasses from them. I highly recommend this place.

I've bought several pairs of sunglasses and prescription glasses at different Warby Parker locations around the east coast and each time I went the experience was nothing short of amazing! Came here for eye exam for prescription reader glasses....the eye dr was wonderful!!! Carefully explained everything about my eyes/vision to me in terms I could understand. Gave me helpful tips on things I can do at home to relieve dry eye. I felt relaxed & well-taken care of!
The check-in process was quick and efficient. Every staff member i encountered was professional & courteous. I felt well attended to...but no pressure, no hovering.... which is how I like it. All my questions were answered and I left after making a selctuon for reader glasses which will be shipped to me direct. The price was great...the selection of styles/frames is pretty great, too. Making the appointment was easy. If you are thinking about it, give them a try. This is the only location in the Charlotte area that has eye exams in-house at this time and it was a 45 minute drive for me- but I say was well worth it!
