I bought a pair of readers for my brother a couple years ago but he wanted to keep his old man CVS stuff so I took them back and use them constantly. I recently brought them in for a tune-up which happened quickly and professionally. I also got a fitment recommendation for my big fat head and a future pair of glasses, which will be WP for sure. Not only that, I explained that I lost my original WP case and was able to take one home. Great company.

My eye exam at this location was great. The optometrist really took his time to find the perfect prescription to address all my vision concerns, explained why I was having certain issues, and answered any questions I had, and was very polite and professional. The sales team was also professional, and helped me choose frames without pushing me to buy more than what I came in for. The check-in and check-out process felt similar to an Apple store as they carried tablets, and it was easy and didn't take very long from the time I entered to the time I left with ordered glasses.

Buyer beware!! They do not stand behind the quality of their work! The factory broke my glasses frame and I am now being told that I need to purchase a new frame… completely unacceptable!! This is the second pair of sunglasses that I’ve had with them with the lens coating coming off, which prompted the lens replacement and factory work. The same happened to my husbands glasses from warby parker.
The fact that they do not stand behind the quality of their product and servicing is unacceptable and a scam!

I came in for an eye exam, and it was so efficient — nothing like any other eye exam I've ever had. The staff was super friendly. I loved the wide variety of stylish frames to choose from.

Joslyn ( Hope I get the spelling correct ) was by far the best person to deal with when purchasing my new pair of glasses at your Burlingame store.

Her attention to details made me leave the store knowing I had ordered the perfect pair of glasses. I did like a second pair as a backup but failed to write down the model on a Friday. On Monday I returned today to see if she was working and she was and she totally remembered me and took about 30 seconds to pull off of the shelf my second selection and even went ahead and added the glasses on my account as favorite in case I wanted a second pair.

Keep up the amazing work young lady!!!! A pleasure to have worked with you in finding my new favorite glasses. Thank you sooo much.

Excellent service. I went in when all the staff was busy with other customers, but they took the time to greet me anyways. I was looking around when I was asked if I needed help. Eunice answered all my questions and made great recommendations for what style/fit was best for me. When I made my selection she made sure it was to my liking based on my experience with my current glasses. I wouldn’t have gone with thread glasses until Eunice made the suggestion. So thanks to everyone there and keep up the good work!

I arrived 5min too late for my scheduled eye exam, and was rejected to be seen. I know it’s on me being late, but the lack of a tolerance for 5min delay is not acceptable to me, especially given I had invested time and energy to already get to this appointment. I was super excited about this store and now very disappointed about their poor service.

The staff and optometrist are the best! Very friendly and thorough. Got an eye exam and purchased the cutest glasses, the entire experience was very pleasant.
